Diana's ult can teleport anywhere in the radius, unlike Irelia's Bladesurge.
Diana's ult stacks upon itself and does more damage for the stacks.
Diana's ult can juke over a wall like a mini-flash.
Diana's ult can be used in conjunction with Flash for a quick Baron check.
Diana's ult is NOT similar in any way to point-and-click dashes (Bladesurge, Shadow Dance), and is instead similar to a blink.

/sarcasm off

Release day OP threads always contain well-reasoned arguments and hard statistical data to support their assertions

Just sayin'.... Akali can use her ult 3 times in a row and not have to hit a skillshot.

Eh I do think she needs slight nerfing only because she can build straight AP and yet be super tanky.
She dominates in team fights with her constant Q and ult.

Late game she is 100% going to hit someone in team fights with her ult combo. It's not about being bad, you can't dodge it if she is right in your face or only a few paces away. This refreshing ult thing is really just silly, as when players start to learn these heroes it quickly becomes OP, thus we have the Darius nerf.

Basically identical everywhere else, except beating in attack speed.

Her Q is a skillshot, and does about twice the damage of Evelynn's Q, and scales only with AP.

Evelynn's Q isn't a skillshot, it hits who you autoattack, and can be used four times for every time Diana can use her's. It's AP scaling is worse, but it scales with AD too.

Olaf's Q is an axe that is thrown in a line rather than in a curve, does identical damage per level, but scales with AD at a 1:1 ratio rather than 1:0.8 furthermore, it applies a slow, and has a much shorter cooldown and a longer range.

Her W is a shield, that does extremely mediocre damage (Maximum 252 at max level if you hit all 3 on the same person, which will happen, maybe... once. Ever.) and has a max shield strength of 310. That's pretty good if you're about to jump into a teamfight. She can only shield herself.

Lux's W is a shield that, while not doing damage, can shield for a maximum of 1800 health if you hit 4 teammates that are sitting in an AOE ability or something, and that's before AP scaling. And Lux is NOT played for her shield.

Morgana's Shield can also shield allies, shields for more HP, Has almost double the AP scaling, and BLOCKS ALL CC.

Diana's E draws in enemies, and applies a slow. It does precisely 0 damage, and has a long cooldown. The slow is pretty good (55%) and the pull-in is her only form of CC, that can give you two more autoattacks and a couple extra seconds during a gank, and the slow is useful for getting away. The slow lasts 2 seconds

Singed's Mega-Adhesive lasts 5 seconds, and slows everyone in it for 75% at max rank.
Sejuani's permafrost is a 70% slow and lasts 3 seconds.

Lastly, her Ult. A dash that has no cooldown if you hit your Q first.
It does 100-220 (+0.6 AP) damage with 900 range

Akali's R, if you have an essence of shadow, has a 2 seconds cooldown, 100-250 (+0.5) damage, and can be used on friendly minions, champions, and wards to escape. 800 range.

Jax's Q has 700 range, a 6 second cooldown at max rank, and does 70-230 (+0.6 AP) (+1 AD) Damage. More Damage. On a Q.

Alright, so we've looked at her stats, and it's a good kit, but it by no means overshadows any other champion in any area.

What can she do? She can Q somebody, shield, jump on them, and do lots of damage.
She can apply a small knockback and a slow in ganks.
She can do ok AOE damage with her passive and Q.
She has very little jungle sustain without items.
She has a pretty fast clear time from what I've seen. She's no mundo, but i'd compare it to Nocturne, maybe a bit faster at early levels.

So what's so OP about her?

In all honesty, did you really expect riot to not make a broken champion? The last time that happened, was oh wait. I don't think it did. Leona really was the only one, but she was support/tank.
