First off, a plug for the inspiration behind this; this video (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/601680) by Warlord of Noodles. Her work is fantastic, and inspired this champion concept.

On to more related matters, here is my concept for Murder.
First off, I set out to make a character that must manage her resource beyond simply having or not having mana/fury- she has to sacrifice her hp regen to stack her resource, but having her resource gives her AP.
Second, I wanted a character that can manage to be very versatile within her own kit.

Also, I'm bad at actual stats, so if anyone wants to write up numbers for these, feel free.
Health: Low-Mid, Mid Scaling (She's a mage, after all.)
Health Regen: Mid-High, High scaling (She forsakes health regen for her resource, so it should be profound when she has her resource empty)
Resource; Shadow
Attack Damage: Low, Low Scaling (Mage)
Attack Speed: Low, Mid Scaling (Mage, again)
Attack Range: 500
Movement Speed: Mid-High
Armor: Low-Mid, Mid scaling
Magic Resist: 30 (+1.25)

K, so now that that's out of the way(ish), the interesting part- Abilities~

Passive: Consumed by Shadows- Murder's resource is Shadow, which she gains and loses through her abilities. Each point of Shadow that Murder has reduces her health regen and spellvamp by 1%, but increases her Ability power by either 1 point or .5%, whichever is higher (Will just flip at 200.)
If Murder would go above or below 100 or 0 Shadow, she is slowed by 25% and will take 5% of her current health as true damage every 5 seconds she remains over- or undercharged. If she reverts back to correct charge, she can manage to not take any damage. Being overcharged also grants her 10% bonus AP, and being undercharged grants her 10% cooldown reduction.

Q: Shadow Wave- Murder forces shadow in whichever direction she isn't channeling(In her W), dealing X damage and knocking opponents in the direction of the wave, slowing them by Y%. She also gains or loses Shadow according to the direction of the wave. She can use this ability 3 times before it goes on cooldown, with increased costs and damage each wave.
Damage: 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.6 AP) (+10% for each cast after first)
Slow: 15/20/25/30/35
Knockback: .2 AP units (Minimum 50 units)
AoE: 180 degree arc, 600(+.2 AP) Units
Cost: Gains or loses 10/20/30 Shadow.
Cooldown: 1 second between waves, 16 seconds after final wave is cast (Or after waiting 3 secs- these seconds count toward the cooldown).

W: Control of Shadows- Murder either draws shadow in from her surroundings or relinquishes it to the area (Toggle)
If Murder is relinquishing her shadow, she loses 2.5 shadow per second, and her Q brings enemies closer and gives her shadow. She also deals slight damage to enemies in a large area around her every few seconds. The area grows the longer she channels.
If Murder is drawing shadow from the area, she gains 2.5 shadow per second, and her Q pushes enemies away and costs shadow. She also slightly heals allies in a large area around her every few seconds. The area grows the longer she channels.
Damage/Heal: 10/17/24/31/38 (+.1 AP)
Damage/Heal Procs: Every 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds
AoE: Starts at 500 units, and increases by 5% every second. Caps at 500+(.5 AP), minimum cap is at 750 units.

E: Spreading Darkness- Murder isolates part of her ravenous shadows, sacrificing 10 shadow any time she has more than 20 shadow to gain a stack of Spreading darkness. She can have up to 2/2/3/3/4 stacks at any time. Murder can activate this ability to lose a stack of spreading darkness, and drop a Dark Seed (An attackable unit, immobile), which begins spreading its shadows to the surrounding area, dealing damage and limiting vision. The shadow limits itself to terrain features (It won't jump walls, nor will it enter or exit brush-AoE range would be as the Valor Flies.) Once the seed reaches maximum range, it will detonate when an enemy enters the area, stunning for X seconds and dealing damage to the affected unit. The seed has 3 hp (Similar to wards)
Damage: 20/30/40/50/60 (+.15 AP) Per second/ 60/90/120/150/180 (+.45 AP) In burst
Stun: 1/1.3/1.6/1.9/2.2 Seconds
AoE: 200 (Start) Growing by 5% suddenly every 2 seconds. Max Area= 200 + (.2/.4/.6/.8/1.0 AP- Bonus AP from Shadow gained after dropping doesn't count.) OR 600 units (Whichever is larger)
Timers: can only gain a stack at max every 10 seconds (Not affected by CDR), and can drop a seed every 6 seconds (Affected by CDR)

--Better explanation; So she drops an attackable unit that doesn't move. It affects vision similarly to Graves' smokescreen and Nocturne's Ult combined- you can't see into it or out of it, but vision is just limited whilst inside it- See 250 units inside the thing. And it also deals damage to those inside it. Also on the timing of the growth, after 20 seconds it'd be around 300 range, and after about 60 it'd be around 500. The next 10 seconds would bring it to 600, and the next 10 get it up to 720. the next 20 seconds should bring it up around 1000 range, but that's a whole 2 minutes to get that far.

R: Fiery Wings- Murder collects shadows around herself, rooting herself for 1 second before bursting from them in flaming splendor. This burst deals damage, and her wings light ablaze for the next 5 seconds. For this time, she can cross all terrain and leaves a path that lasts 2 seconds past her wings' duration that allows her allies to cross as well. She deals damage to enemies she runs past, and also gains movement speed.
Damage: Burst: 150/200/250 (+.8 AP)
Running: 50/75/100 (+.2/.4/.6 AP) Per second
AoE: Burst: 600 units radius
Running: 300 units long backwards cone (* is Murder, < is cone: <* if she is moving left) (the path follows the same area)
Movespeed: 100/150/200

I haven't written lore for Murder yet, but with her regard towards shadow, I would probably place her as somehow bound to/by the Void or the Shadow Isles.

If anyone has any suggestions concerning the name, abilities, or any other details about this champion concept, feel free to post a criticism or comment, it helps me a lot! Thanks for reading!

I feel a few things about this concept

1) it is overpowered
2) it would be hard to achieve/balance
3) it would end up being played as a support vs. what you want, a mid
