Glitch: The Flaw in the System

Passive: Lag- Glitch’s presence causes enemies to slow down. 500-1000 Range enemies are slowed 2%. At less than 500 range, enemies are slowed 4%. This effect persists around Glitch’s body if he dies.

Q: Identity Theft- Cooldown 18 Seconds Cost 70/80/90/100/110 Range 450
Glitch corrupts an enemies mind making them lose track of themselves. When cast on an enemy, the enemy becomes invisible to both themselves and their team. For the duration, they cannot see their cursor, their sprite, or their skill shot direction. Deals 60/100/125/170/220 +.6 Per AP. Lasts for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 Seconds
If cheats are active, the enemy becomes frozen for the duration as well.

W: Reprogram- Cooldown 12 Seconds Cost 50/60/70/80/90 Range 500
When cast on an enemy, their health regeneration becomes health degeneration for a short duration. If cast on an ally, their health and mana regeneration are doubled for a short duration. Initial Duration 2/4/6/8/10 +.01 Seconds per AP
If cheats are active, and this skill is used on an enemy, their armor and magic resist are lowered by 5/10/15/20/25 +.1 per AP. for the duration. If used on an ally, their armor and magic resist are heightened by 5/10/15/20/25 +.1 per AP for the duration.

E: Cheats- Cooldown 12 Seconds Cost 40/50/60/70/80
Passive: Glitch gains the ability to move through enemy units freely. He also gains 2/4/6/8/10% Movement speed.
Glitch Activates cheats empowering his next ability within 5 seconds.
Identity Theft: Then enemy is also frozen for the duration
Reprogram (enemy): The enemy will also lose 5/10/15/20/25 +.1 Per Ap armor and Magic resist for the duration
Reprogram (Ally): The ally will also gain 5/10/15/20/25 +.1 Per Ap armor and Magic resist for the duration.

R: Virus- Cooldown 180/150/120 Cost 100/130/150 Range 500 Area
Glitch designates an area on the ground which causes any enemy that enters to become infected with the reversal virus. The reversal virus causes and enemy to move in the direct opposite direction that they indicate to their character and skill shots will shoot in the opposite direction. Zone takes 1 second after use to erupt. Duration of infection lasts 1/1.5/2 Seconds.

man, this is a disruptive support in the making, messing with enemies minds! or ap poker, confusing them while they take damage from spells. i think the ap scaling on 'reprogram''s bonus effect from 'cheat' is bit too high. since aps get TON of ap, that would mean that for few short seconds, they would lose ALL armor and MR. its a long time, and even tanks don't get that much armor/MR.
also the amount of image-hiding from 'identity theft' is more that should be. allow sprite, disable cursor, no skill shot reticle, that should be good. means they can at least move away while the effect wears off. since most players leave the screen window uncentered from their champion, having the actual champion disappear would not be good.
great concept, i love the skill set.
