So its been 5 days.. with no support of any kind from Riot.
This is just lovely.
Has anyone heard anything new about the bans that rolled out?

Usually takes 3-6 business days for Support to get back to people. That doesn't include Saturdays or Sundays, of course.

Have you tried specifically asking for the chat logs in your ticket? If you haven't don't bump it until they get back to you since that'll move it back to the end of the queue, wait until they respond and amend your ticket with that.




You can also post in GD asking Lyte for them to either be emailed to you or posted in GD but then everyone can see them.

They answer tickets in the order their received so they're not going to answer yours before someone else's ticket they received. This is no different then trying to cut in line in a grocery store for checkout or do a return someplace, you still have to wait your turn.

As for the op, try your best to be patient and don't edit your ticket--it drops it to the bottom of the stack.

It's actually pretty standard. Editing the ticket is basically taking it out of the queue, adding more to it, and then putting it back in the queue. Most systems will add an edited form or file to the bottom of a queue, because it's treated as being entirely new again, and those systems use a FIFO - or First Come First Serve - organization.
