And it's people like you that need to get a life and quit taking a game so serious, don't want random partners that aren't on the same skill level? Pre-make a team, THEN join queue.

It's best to avoid Solo ranked play until you have a good hold of many different champions, not just the few you played from 1-30. Try every role in Normal, learn how to jungle, learn how to support, learn how to be an effective ADC or APC, learn about item combinations. When you do that then you'll be ready to go in Ranked.

I don't know how you even don't buy 16 champs on your way to 30.

To rephrase what some people here have so nicely said :

Don't be hasty to try ranked, Before you try it, learn to play a lot of champions, learn a lot about the game strategy. As a rule of thumb, before you enter ranked, wait untill you can reliably get good scores in normal. Otherwise, you'll probably just loose a lot, which is not fun for you or for your teammates. (people in ranked get annoyed very quickly)

And on a more personnal note, ranked is just like normal games, accept you get raged at a lot more. And there are some higher techniques like warding to learn. Nothing special.
It looks like you're playing a lot of akali and Janna, try to learn all the roles before playing (especiallly support). You'll be glad you did.

@TehBrawlGuy : easy. you stay on a few champs. You know, there are only 5 roles in a team, that's 5 champs. 10 if you want an alt for each role. Pretty easy if you're on a budget IPwise.
