Might as well enjoy the game by actually playing a normal match?

I have been doing this in the days that you got one level every win.
Just start a 1v1 match (only did it in summoners rift) with yi versus one bot (soraka or something)
Start whacking at towers and kill the nexus at 11 min ( I did it at 9 minutes twice before I realised that a game should last 11 minutes).

So incredibly easy anyone could do it.

PS: without runes tough, it a bit harder

this. but play the game so you dont suck. i hate feeders.

Well, this IS the best way to level up if you care about rankings. This way you can hit lvl 30 without any risks, and then play in games but having an advantage.

But it's boring, so I'll pass.

An advantage? Really? Your advantage is what, exactly? That you don't know how to play cause you've been surrendering to bots? (Winning at 11:00 isn't much better either...)

And when you'll hit 30 and return to playing with real adversaries you'll get shred to pieces because of the lack of experience from fighting other champs. Slowly making your way to the 30 by learning in team vs team fights is better. And more FUN.

start a 5v5, 5 people takes about 30 seconds to a minute. get a pushing champion and just get every1 to go mid at 7 minutes. you should finish just after 11 minutes which gives you 71 ip and 103 xp. 2 minutes of work for extra 40 xp is good

If you are really gonna do something like this...

1: Spend $20 and buy some riot points
2: Buy a week long xp and ip boost(ip boost bought in 3 days)
[make sure to buy both or you won't have any ip for runes in high levels]
3: Game out as much as possible. Earn like 10 levels a week depending on time spent in game.
