Just a thought:

Solo Top- AD carry. This will provide farm and more of an isolated experience gaining for the ad carries to be able to come out late game with exp and items

Solo Mid- Your Bruiser a should take mid, focusing on protecting the enemy from pushing.

Solo Bot- your ap mids will be going at it, focusing on building burst damage untill mid-late game.

Support- the support's lane can be considered the river. This is the idea of a roamer, not taking cs but going around sucking exp from all 3 lanes and support every single lane. It can help a lane push, or heal for health or mana (soraka) and it can get its cs by taking over lanes when the solo is dead or in need to go back. This will also allow the supports to check for jungle camps and ward baron/dragon as needed.

Jungler- the jungle role should be the same.

Idea for new jungle map- Blue and Red is the most important camps in the jungle. The buffs should be put right against the wall to the base, and the smaller camps closer to the river. This makes invading much more risky and demands commitment, and counter jungling will be high-risk high reward like and low risk low reward. The support could also get some cs from the outer camps.

There are a few problems with this that are solved with the current meta, sadly.

Mid: It's usually an AP carry as it is, no matter what, close to blue. Be you blue team or purple, you will be close to blue to get it when your jungle wants to give you it.

Bottom: It's usually an AD carry as it is closest to dragon. If your team is going for dragon, it is the closest lane to go and help out taking it as you are the best dps source to help kill it.

Support: they can't really roam as they require xp still. If they are roaming most the game, there is no good source of xp and therefore, the already under leveled support is going to be far too underleveled to help. As well, they stay bottom because when the AD needs to go back, they can pick up farming.

Top: Well, that kind of just leaves top to bruiser as everything else is assigned. It is the least likely to get ganks and thus, it should usually be someone that can take more prodding while still being able to farm.

And that, is the current Meta game.

Side lanes are extremely vulnerable to ganks due to the length of the lane. The top lane is only "isolated" because it's the furthest from the dragon. The jungler is no less likely to gank top lane than any of the other lanes, and if you put a squishy target with no escapes up there, any competent jungler will just camp you all day until you're so underfarmed the enemy top laner can solo-tower-dive you.

Mid lane is the least beneficial lane for bruisers due to the short lane. It's harder for them to take advantage of their 1v1 dominance in shorter lanes where the enemy can reach the safety of their tower far quicker than in side lanes.

Many AP carries have poor sustained damage. This makes them a poor candidate for the longer side lanes where sustained damage while chasing or kiting can outdo burst damage. And AP carries are often just as vulnerable as squishy AD carries to ganks.

This isn't new; supports already do this. The only reason supports are PRIMARILY bottom with the AD carry is that:
1. Side lanes are more vulnerable to pressure (ganks, zoning) than mid lane
2. AD carries are squishy, and squishies more vulnerable to pressure than non-squishies (eg. bruisers).
3. A fed AD carry often has far more of an effect on games than any other champion

Re: support in bot:
They also help provide extra damage in those early dragon fights
