I like the ammo idea and I also like the idea somebody posted about in another thread: give the ult some damage over time which can also trigger the stun.

Personally, I wonder if just increasing the AOE would be enough: tweak it such that slow chars can't just walk out, and so there's a better chance of trapping a fast character with consecutive Q's + ult. Besides, the current animation seems bigger than the actual area of effect anyway.
