You can't really complain because they don't charge for anything, and everything can be earned with IP apart from some unnecessary things such as skins etc.

Problems will always happen, especially with free f2p games.

Long-term problems require long-term solutions. You can't expect "every patch" to have fixes for infrastructure.

PS, Watersmith is basically telling you "You get what you pay for" and you are. You're asking Riot games to provide a top-shelf quality product that costs you nothing? You have no right to complain.
