I wanted to make a flow-based mage, who could "feel" like a water champion without having to be one. She is an exceptionally fast champion who is adept at chasing targets, but is extremely weak to crowd control and opponents who can outdamage her.

Range: 575
Movement speed: 335 (more on this later)
Attack damage: 50
Mana: 350+30 per level
Health: 420+65 per level

Passive: Aqueous Trail: Elaine leaves a trail behind and around her that grants her unit walking and 65 movement speed. This trail's effectiveness increases by 5 every time she deals damage (up to 6 times), decreases by 5 every time she receives damage, and is disabled entirely for 2 seconds after she is immobilized in any way.

Q: Ripple: Fire a cone-shaped wave that deals 50/65/80/95/110 damage (+70% of AP) to all enemies it hits. When it hits an enemy, it bounces, extending further outwards. The wave deals 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% of AP) extra damage every bounce and can bounce a maximum of 3 times. (Does not interrupt movement.)
50/60/70/80/90 mana, 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 second cooldown

W: Pirouette: Unleash 3 AoE pulses around yourself (1 per second), dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+10% of AP) +2/2.5/3/3.5/4 (+1 per 100 AP)% of missing health magic damage per pulse. (Does not interrupt movement.)
65/80/95/110/125 mana, 15/14/13/12/11 second cooldown

E: Aqua Twirl: Dash forward, dealing 50/65/80/95/110 (+30% of AP) magic damage to enemies in an aoe around you as you dash. Lower your cooldowns by 1 second for every unit hit, up to 5 seconds.
70/75/80/85/90 mana, 9/9/9/9/9 second cooldown

R: Glaciate: Freeze yourself, empowering all of your abilities.
Passive: Bonus speed moderately increased, deals 100/150/200 (+80% of AP) damage to all enemies in the trail when they initially enter. Gain unit walking.
Q: The wave slows by 10%, increasing by 10% with each bounce.
W: Deals damage based on maximum health instead of missing health.
E: Become untargetable while dashing and gain bonus move speed after exiting the dash.

Strengths: Chasing, kiting, high damage potential.
Weaknesses: Low health pool, weak to crowd control, must get very close to enemy team.

Tips for playing as her:
-When chasing or getting away from a group of enemies, your Q will grant you movement speed with each bounce.
-Your W deals a very large amount of damage, but make sure you are able stay in range long enough to make use of it.
-You are very frail, but benefit most from your ultimate by dashing through the enemy team. Wait for your team to engage before heading straight in.

Tips for playing against her:
-In lane, stay to the side of minions instead of behind them to avoid additional damage from her Q.
-Try to stay out of her trail after level 6. One of her largest sources of damage comes from freezing it.
-She is very vulnerable if her E hits only a few targets, as its cooldown becomes much longer.
-If you are at low health, do not engage unless you are extremely confident you can kill her. She is far better than average at chasing targets down.

Possibilities in gameplay:
-Her and her lane opponent are at around full health. She initiates, activating her ultimate, throwing out a Q, dashing through both her opponent and as many minions as possible and throwing out another Q with the reset. This leaves her opponent at low health for her to finish them off.
-In a late-game teamfight, she arrives late. Activating her ultimate, she tosses out a Q, slowing and dealing high damage to a backline carry. She dashes through the enemy team with her W activated, dealing damage to them with her E, her trail, and her pulses, before using the cooldown reset and bonus movespeed to chase down the fleeing carry.

Overall: Immense burst potential, balanced out by her need to get to get within very close range of the enemy and her general squishiness. 1820+7% of maximum health damage at 300 AP assuming the enemy is hit by all abilities and has 0 magic resist.

Lore: The Lady of the Lake was a mysterious figure few had heard of and fewer yet had seen before her induction into the League. In a time before time, she was a wandering spirit, bound to protect an ancient wellspring of power in what would come to be Ionia. This ancient lake held powerful secrets of flow-magic that she was determined to keep secret from those who would abuse them. For eons, her work was simple- few had the curiosity or the intelligence to disturb her vigil. For a time, she wandered far and wide, visiting lakes across the world and startling their inhabitants in the process.
Then, all at once, she felt an immense disturbance. She returned to her homeland at once, and found it under attack by marauding humans. For the longest time, she had believed them to be peaceful creatures, and this discovery shook her terribly. She used her powers to force away the few who stumbled upon her lake, and then began to listen to the idle conversation of the Ionians. When she heard of the League, and discovered its purpose, she decided the best way to protect her wellspring would be to join it and fight for Ionia's cause.



tl;dr she's a water lady who shoots water at the bad guys.

why are you even trying to make stats for these champs... let riot do that, considering they make the champs.

She doesn't have any ability or thematic resemblance to a single one of those champions other than "she's a water person" and the word "bounce" in her Q. Thank you for tl;dring and still posting, though, I like a good laugh.

Interesting abilities here! I would really like to try her out if they did make her I like her passive alot, it's like Sunfire cape only watery lol. if you dont mind, take a look at mine??
