We go in for a ranked 3's game. We're winning consistantly during the whole game getting all the dragons and beating them, Late game we get ganked and get aced. They win.

This happened twice in a row--- It was

Lee sin, Lux, Garen

Vs

Tryndamere, Amumu, Mordekaiser

and then it was

Jax, Lux, Garen Vs

Teemo, Shen, Wukong

What the hell?!


How do you prevent this from happening?

Prevent what? Gank? Ward every bushe on the map,dragon,redbuff, missed tower and if you see a champ throw him a ward....you probably wont get gank anymore

^^^^ This. Also try not to get aced late game as it is a 40+ second revive time. This is generally enough time to break a tower and inhibitor. Depends on the opposition and how much AD/DPS they have as to how far they will get. It's quite easy to backdoor and break a tower and get out. Especially when the tank only has to tank one turret at a time.

Prevent these late-game turn arounds---

We play well all early-mid game and most of the late, but we get aced by a lucky gank and we lose instantly.

It comes downs to team comp

Your team
Lee sin - Knock back - Will push someone out of the fight for a few seconds tops. In most cases they will have a way to throw themselves back into the fight.
Lux - 2 person snare - Doesn't stop ranged AD carries from auto attack or casters from casting spells
Garen - Silence - Will stop castors from casting spells but in most cases you will find it hard to break the line against a good team comp to get to the caster

Enemy team 1
Tryndamere - Trynd might not have hard CC but he has enough damage and sustain to make up for it, especially in TT
Amumu - Stun+initiate, aoe "snare" (it might aswell be a stun) - Amumu is going to stop you from breaking the line etc.
Mordekaiser - His ult is ridiculous in TT. If it is thrown down on your AD carry and they focus that champion down it turns the fight into a 4v2. Chance are, you are going to lose.

Enemy team 2
Teemo - Blind and map awareness
Shen - aoe taunt and can shield an ally and teleport to them
Wukong - aoe knock up and can dis engage and engage with ease



tl;dr - Bring Tank, AP Carry, AD carry and actual CC like stuns, knock ups, suppress
