That Stupid animation is taking 100% of my CPU

Remove that stupid animation from PvP.net client, the one showing the list of matches available for the new Camera Mode.

Remove that background taking 100% of CPU -.- useless.

Methinks you need a new processor if just that takes up 100% of your CPU. You might want to try using a process examiner that lets you view the which processes are actually using CPU as well as the components within that process.

I already did it.

It's the LoL Client who takes it, I didn't have such problem before they added such animation... they could fix it just removing the background (the moving rift)...

i have an old pc too and that flashing animated client is pain in the ass. i am forced to turn it off everytime i start a game

It's not a hardware problem, it's a software problem.

1. It's running in the background while you play a match. The window is even hidden, but it's still doing *whatever*.
2. It's flash!

Suspend the client while playing a match:
http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1086230
then you can play as if the client was coded properly.
