couple points i think you should do to improve it...
- the name of the players should be shown in the first screen and not in the 2nd one (check SS)
- the arrows that changes between games is too small....either raise the size or make the hit box bigger
- if its a ranked game....show the ELO of the players(that can be on the 2nd screen)

- the show chat option doesnt save...and you have to turn it on every game

For some reason, whenever I try to spectate the featured game on the main page, I end up getting the Bluescreen of death. I haven't tried spectating one of my friend's games yet, only the one on the main page. Any help would be appreciated!

UI Bug: During spectator mode (drop-in), I cannot scroll down on map via unlocked camera. Scrolling down by placing mouse at bottom of screen. Although I can scroll left, right and up, moving the mouse down does not scoll

The same happened with me, but with normal (i.e. non-spectated) games. It has been happening for quite a while now (several months?), and it is not consistent - i cannot pinpoint a sequence of actions that 100% lead to this. It just happens sometimes.

And there is a way to fix it - press Esc - move the menu so that you can see the "video" button, press it, select "Fullscreen", move the video options menu up, so that you can barely see the "ok" button - press it.
Voila! You have fullscreen! You can now revert it back to borderless if you want. But then you won't be able to Alt+tab until the end of the match.
Attaching dxdiag as it might be helpful.

But it is an offtopic actually..

its not just spectator mode... it sometimes happens when reconnecting to games.. once i lagged out and i had to restart the client around 10 times to get it to not display off screen

Sometimes when skipping around in the timeline, health regeneration and gold indications stay on the screen until the victory screen.
It doesn't always show gold income (like when a large group of minions are slain), which may be good to keep if it isn't already a feature.
Ability cooldowns aren't reflected in the way you choose in the options (for example it show 200 seconds instead of 3m20).
After a preview spectator session ends with the Manual camera selected, it stays selected in the next game, but acts as if Directed camera is selected. You have to change to a random view, then to directed or manual to get it to appear accurately in the dropdown list.
Rarely when turning on Fog of War from having it off, the minimap briefly goes completely dark. It's to be expected, but I feel as though that could be removed by calculating it before applying changes to the minimap, instead of plunging the map into darkness and then calculating line of sight.
I feel like the slowed down timescale is too choppy, but that may be more work to change than it's worth, considering what most people would be using that for.
You can't go back in the timeline once the victory event occurs.

Other than those few things, it seems great

Ok, first time I've encountered this, but for some reason doran's blades are showing up as giants belts in the VManSeven game I'm spectating right now...hopefully letting you know what I was spectating along with the timestamp will help you trace the bug down

Bug: When rewinding and going watching something again, the chat log does not reset. Rather I can get the same message stacking on top of itself in the log. The chat log should also be rewound to where it was @ the time I am currently viewing, rather than being an add-only field.

Spectate game option is grayed out, why?
