I consider Panth pretty strong on Dom, not Rammus/Wukong level though. His jump isnt what makes him strong though. If his jump was it, then youd have to say TF is strong as well (he isnt as good as Panth).

Also, if TP was useable on Dominion, where do you think youd be able to go? You cant target towers, you cant place wards, etc. You could only TP to creeps really, and how often are they in the exact spot a team fight is breaking out?

Panth is pretty strong and I do seem to own with him, even though I don't fully understand why. Still, you have to do better than call everything Fail to convince anyone of anything.

Quite simply, there are lots of "OP" champs on Dominion, and by OP I mean they are stronger than a typical SR performance by a typical champion.
Is Panth really any better than Warwick, Yorick, Cass, Kassidin, Wukong, Rammus, Heimer, Poppy, etc?

If you look at pantheon's kit including passives they synergize really well with offensive masteries. Pantheon usually builds armor pen. a brutalizer (+15) 20 if built into Youmuus + Dominion aura (10%)?+ armor pen from masteries (up to 10% and +6 additional pen.) and runes (+13)? Executioner mastery (increases dmg dealt by 6% on champions below 40% health) works great with his passive on his heartseeker strike (Pantheon's basic attacks and Spear Shot gain 100% critical strike chance against targets below 15% health)

If said pantheon has enough CDR he can, and often does spam his abilities charging his passive: protection of aegis. Not only do his abilities charge it but so do his auto attacks. As you know this blocks a basic attack or turret strike. This makes him innately tanky with minimal items.

That's true but no moreso than for any other AD champ.

EVERY AD in the game synergizes pretty well with offensive masteries. Every AD in the game takes armor penetration usually and quite a few take brutalizer and they all love the dominion aura and armor pen masteries.
Executioners mastery works great with ALL champions. There's no real synergy there other than both happen to affect low health champs.

And actually the same could be said of Garen and Volibear who both also have execution style abilities. As well as Fizz whose DoT is more damaging based off of %missing health.
