[Champion Idea] Incubus

The concept of this "hero" is to create a AP Tank thats versatile,
and doesnt focus on stacking just ARMOR or MR. But focuses
on buildin AP and HP as well. Creating a versatile character
that fulfills many roles.

Born from hate, sired from lust, The incubus is an entity to be feared.
Born from hate, the incubus knows anger, how to manipulate the
insecurities of its opponents and how to use them to provoke them.
Sired by lust, the incubus knows the desires of its victims and
manipulates those desires to its will, causing irrevocable
damage to thier sanity. The incubus joined the league for reasons
only known to it. Your desires and dreams are his, your need for battle,
your want for victory are all sustenance for the incubus.
Tread carefully while in the fields of justice, guard your ambitions,
or you may find yourself looking through the eyes of the beholder.

Passive--- Reacurring Instability- The more damaged you get, the more damage you do with standard melee attacks. Taking 3-4-5% of the damage caused and converting it into flat attack damage and ability power, stacking up to 5 times. Lasts 10 seconds. The attack damage and ability power gained will rebound on the incubus, causing true damage equal to half the ability power and attack damage to the incubus. This will stack with his ultimate.

Q-Provoke- 400 Range- "Taunt"
Assaulting the mind of your opponent, you draw out the very essence of aggression. Causing the enemy to engage in combat with you wether they want to or not for 1/1.25/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. The initiation of this tactic causes damage to the opponents aura, reducing your opponents armor and magic resist by 10/15/20/25/30 for 2/4/6/8/10 seconds and temporarily transfering it to you for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12

W-Siphon Hopes- 700 Range-
Assaulting the mind of your opponent, you siphon thier hopes and dreams, stealing 50/75/100/125/150 Life (Dealt as True Damage) The initiation of this tactic causes damage to the opponents mind, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 magic damage.
.3 AP ratio. 200 AP= +60 Damage
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6

E-Incite Anquish-700 Range-
Assaulting the mind of your opponent, you Incite Anquish. Causing suffering and doubt. While the opponent suffers from this delusion thier attack damage is damaged and half of that is temporarily transfered to you.

R- Lament of Suffering-500 Range-
You deal, 150/300/450 damage to all foes in an area around you. Briefly taunting them and draining thier attack/ability power/armor/magic resist by a flat amount and temporarily transfering them to yourself for the duration of the lament. At the end of the lament you deal 50/100/150 true damage to all foes that have remained around you for the duration.
Attack Drained: 5-10-15
Ability Power Drained : 10-15-20
Armor Drained- 5-10-15
Magic Resist Drained 5-10-15
Taunt Duration- 1-1.5-2 seconds.
Total Duration of Lament- 5 Seconds
AP ratio=.4 200 = +80 AP Initially
Secondary AP Ratio .2= 200=+40AP
Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds
