Steve, the Omniscient One
------
Passive: Stunted Empty Facedirt of Unlearning Spheres -

  • All enemy champions have 2.91...% reduced movement speed, gain 2 less gold from kills, and gain 7.407...% less experience points.
  • Spawn times are increased by 10% each time a champion dies. This effect stacks infinitely.
  • All movement speed diminishing returns are suppressed (both upwards and downwards).
  • Steve is not affected by the cooldown reduction cap.
  • Steve passively gains experience, leveling at the same rate as a solo laner who persistently stays in his or her lane.
  • Steve is rooted and unable to move.
  • Steve has no basic attack.

Q: Fake Out - 6 second cooldown after first cast.

Passive: You now have a grid that allows you to select any champion, ally or enemy, regardless of the fog of war. This does not show champion information.

Active One: Deals 1 true damage to all champions then heals 1 damage to all champions.

Active Two: For up to 5 seconds after, allows you to mark a champion, visually placing them at one health and causing attacks against them to trigger the bloody screen. The champion does not actually get placed at one health. Lasts for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds.

W: Hell's Pitfall - 8 second cooldown.

Passive: All health bars are now visually shown to display 10/1/0.1/0.01/0.001 points of health on all HUDs except for yours.

Active: Places a trap that lasts for 25 minutes, briefly revealing an area then persistently revealing a smaller area while the trap is active. If an enemy approaches within 300 range of the trap, they are feared towards the trap until it is triggered. Once the trap is triggered, all enemies within 300 range suffer magic damage equal to up to 25% of their maximum health over 4 seconds and are revealed for 12 seconds. In addition, while affected by the trap, affected targets have a visual range limited to their own champion and suffer from reduced armor and magic resist, while also having their runes and masteries disabled. Finally, during this time, the affected champions have their framerates reduced to one.

The trap cannot deal lethal damage to enemy champions unless they have suffered damage from a champion that is not Steve within the last 30 seconds.

E: Extrasensory-Kinetic Movement Generator of Compelling Force - 4 second cooldown

Active: Moves a target champion in a target direction by 750 units. The champion is then taunted to attack the nearest unit, prioritizing champions followed by structures, for 1.5/2/2.5/3/30 seconds. This effect ignores Tenacity.

R: Stay of Execution/Unmerciful Smiting - One Millennium (after second cast)

Note: This ability is not affected by cooldown reduction.

Passive: Steve no longer gains gold from champion kills and assists. Instead, the summoner gains an amount of Riot and Influence Points equal to the sum of Steve's kills, deaths, and assists and the dying champion's kills, deaths, and assists, as well as the spawn time of the champion (in seconds) multiplied by 100/150/200. The dying champion's summoner loses an equal amount of Riot and Influence Points. A summoner's Riot and Influence Points can go negative due to this passive.

Active One: Marks all enemy champions for one millennium, causing Mortal Wounds, which reduces all healing effects on the targets by 99%. In addition, all champions except Steve have their vision limited to their own champion and game sounds are shut off for 4 seconds.

Active Two: After a three second channel, smites all enemy champions, dealing true damage to each enemy champion equal to 25% of their maximum health. If a target is affected by Hell's Pitfall, they suffer an additional 5% of their maximum health in true damage.

If Unmerciful Smiting successfully kills a champion, the cooldown is reset.

If it does not, the game automatically ends. If the game was a ranked match, all participants have their League Points set to 0 and are demoted down to the 5th Division of their League.

Look at me!!!!!!!: Every 12 seconds, Derp's next autoattack does 5 bonus true damage, sets all the spells of the target to go on cooldown and cause the target to autoattack Derp in likewise.

I'm Going To Take This Bro:
Cooldown: 4 sec
Manacost: 5/6/7/8/9
Derp steals 6/8/10/14/17% of his target's current mana and deals half the amount (+AD) in magic damage; if the target does not use mana he spellvamps 3/4/5/7/10% of their max HP and regains twice (+AD) the amount.

I'm Going To Do The Talking:
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6
Manacost: 50/55/60/65/70
Derp silences and marks his opponent for 3 seconds, dealing (+AD) initial magic damage. If the target tries to cast a spell while the mark is on them the target will be further silenced for an additional 3 seconds and will be dealt (+AP) physical damage.

No Such Thing As Magic:
Cooldown: 10/12/14/16/18
Manacost: 70/60/50/40/80
Passive: Derp gains a shield every 35/30/25/20/15 (+AD) seconds that protects him from magic damage.
Active: Derp cancels all debuffs thrown at him for the next 2/3/4/6/10 seconds.

I Told You There's No Such Thing As Magic:
Cooldown: 100/101/102
Manacost: 102/101/100
Derp summons a gigantic aura around his allies that heals them for 6/8/10(+AP)% of their max HP any time a spell from the enemy team is cast in their vicinity and heals himself for 22/34/50(+AP)% of his current HP any time his allies cast spells in his vicinity. This aura lasts 8/10/12 seconds.

Q: Nerf Irellia: Root target champion

W: Buff Teemo: Target Champion's damaging attacks apply a 5 On-Hit DoT which procs Liandri's

E: Soraka, the one and only: Target champion healing abilities heal for 500%

R: Nerf Irellia: Target Champion is stunned and suppressed for 5 seconds. If irellia, target champion Dies, and can not respawn.

Zombie Rob

Passive- Retched Appearance - Zombie Rob is so ugly that people cannot look at him, missing 50% of their basic attacks but dealing double damage on the other 50% as they attempt to wipe out the ugliness from the world.

Q - Off Key - Zombie Rob breaks into an attrocious song that strains your voice and your enemies ears (100% decrease to armor and magic resist for all players in area including Zombie Rob)

W - New Instrument - Zombie Rob begins throwing instruments away or bashing them against champions at random. (Switches between melee or ranged when activating this ability)

E - Avoid the Fans - Zombie Rob dashes through all terrain, champions and minions to return to base. When he reaches base he must catch his breath for 1 minute.

R - Final Number - Zombie Rob turns up the volume on his speakers instantly killing everyone with the violent final note (this includes minions, jungle creeps and champions). No gold is given for the kills as it is not him but the speakers that take everyone out.
