[No name for this one. I am terrible with names.]
Passive - : 10%/15%/20%/25% (level 1, 6, 11 and 16) chance to completely resist the damage effect of any hostile spell.
Q - Nullify: Hits target enemy with a projectile, dealing damage and removing all buffs. This does not include buffs granted by ultimate abilities or neutral monsters. (Long [800 or so] range, targeted cast)
W - Neutralize: Pins champions in a target area to the ground from a range (suppressed, does not limit caster movement), causing heavy damage over time. (Instant cast, short animation, medium range, medium AoE)
E - Negation: Passive: Reduces the ability power of enemy champions within 1500 range by 10%
Active: Curses all hostile champions within 900 range. Any attempt to cast a spell will result in a 3 second silence and heavy true damage over the duration.
R - Counterspell: Passive: Grants 20/40/60 magic resistance.
Active: Upon activation, the next hostile spell that hits you will catastrophically backfire. The effect will be turned upon its caster at half efficiency (this includes any items affecting spells the caster may have). Area of effect, multi target and bouncing spells will turn on the team of the caster.

Problem, mage champions?

No, you don't get it. WW would be stuck there for the entire game.

Haven't you ever seen it when his victim gets knocked back and he's just attacking air?

Imagine that forever.

I guess, in theory, an enemy could walk into him and die. Or kill him. But yeah.

How's about a targetable stun that stuns you and the enemy for the same duration
Also a skillshot nuke that hurts you and the person hit for the same amount

Random the RNG

Passive: Global dodge aura. Everyone (including enemies, monsters AND minions) within range gains 10% dodge. 1% chance of an ability used (including Random's own) to be cancelled as if a spellshield had been active. His cooldowns are random too, anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes, as are the ability durations. X% CDR gives him an X% chance of having the ability come off of CD immediately.

Q: Swaps two random enemy abilities with each other and puts one of the two on CD. They scale as per their new host. This can swap learned for unlearned abilities, but cannot swap two unlearned abilities. Swaps the ability level as well as the ability itself. When a foreign ability is used, it is cast by the original host on the target selected, ignoring range. If the original user is dies, it gets unswapped immediately.

W: Buffs ally with random damage. They do 50-200% damage for the duration of the buff, chosen randomly. Yes, this means you can make an ally do half damage until the buff expires. Or double.

E: Randomize: Causes random ally to use a random ability. This includes summoner spells. Targeted abilities are chosen randomly from all valid targets in range. If there are no valid targets, it just gets put on CD. Skillshots fire in a random direction. These abilities are cast from the ally's location, not Random's.

R: Mass Hallucinate: Everything in game takes on a randomized appearance. Minions may look like champions. Towers may look like baron. The nexus may appear to be Shaco. Champions may look like a mini golem. Everyone and everything randomly goes in and out of stealth. Health bars are all random and incorrect. Fog of war now patchy: you can see things you shouldn't and nearby things may be obscured at random. If you've ever played Nethack, you probably get the idea. During mass hallucinate, people have a chance of using the wrong ability instead of the one they chose and sometimes walk in random directions, as if feared. If they use the wrong ability on an invalid target, it just goes on CD, doing nothing at all.

Mailbox

Passive - Mailbox: This unit is a mailbox. Another champion must carry it to lane and place it. Once placed, active unit may be used as a mailbox.

Q: Receive Letters: Mailbox can receive letters.

W: Receive Packages: Mailbox can receive small packages.

E: Feign Death: Mailbox falls over and plays dead. Damn kids! (mailbox must be picked up by friendly champion)

R: Iron Box (Passive): Any champions accidentally running into mailbox will be clothes-lined and stunned based on how fast they moved into the mailbox. WHO PUT THIS THING HERE?

Robbie The Gambler:

Passive - The House always wins - Nearby enemies have their tenacity reduced 15/20/25%. This can bring them into the negative.

Q - The Rake - Robbie sends forward a rake, damaging and pulling all enemies in a wide line in front of him towards him, slowing them. Champions hit are also debuffed by the rake for 8 seconds: if they use flash, ghost, or a built-in flash during this time, the CD on The Rake resets.

W - Roulette - Targeted enemy is stunned and has a roullete wheel appear above his/her head. He remains stunned until clicks on a color (red or green). The wheel then spins, if the champ picked wrong he takes 100/200/300/400/500 Damage +AP, if he picked right he heals half this amount.

E - Hedging the Bets - Target one allied minion or champion. If it dies to an enemy champ within the next 3 seconds, Robbie gains the gold instead of the enemy champion. (Cooldown decreases per level)

R - Casino Royale - Unlimited Range - Robbie picks an enemy inhibitor and corrupts it with a black shield. Until 1/3/5 different enemy champions attack the shield, that lane will spawn super minions as if the inhib were destroyed.
