E: Overdrive. Rikku gains 20/25/35/40/60% increased attack speed as well as an extra 100 movement speed for a period of 5/6/6/7/9 seconds. After the ability has ended her attack and movement speed are decreased by half the gained amount for 5/6/6/7/9 seconds.


R: Alchemy. Rikku combines two items from her secondary bag (she is spawned with this) and mixes together two of the 5 items she is carrying. AD essence, Ap essence, Armor essence, Resist essence and Speed essence . Each combination will have a different effect, ranging from a small group armor buff and move speed boost, to single targeted nuke.

Garrett, the Shadow Thief

Passive: Pickpocket
Garret steals gold from his enemies with each autoattack. Steals 1 gold at level 1, scaling up to 6 gold at level 18.

Q: Steal Weapon
Garrett cleverly swipes the weapon out of his opponent's hands, dealing damage and causing the enemy to lose all their bonus Attack Damage (Garrett gains half this amount) for X seconds.

W: Steal Item
Garrett removes an item from his opponent's inventory and adds it to his own for X seconds.

E: Steal Bars
Garrett deals damage and removes X mana, energy, fury, heat or shield from his opponent. Garrett gains health equal to the damage dealt. If the resource stolen is mana, Garrett gains that much mana for himself.

R: Steal Ultimate
Garrett steals the knowledge from his enemy's mind, preventing them from casting their fourth ability. This ability can be activated again to cast the stolen ultimate spell.
i would actually like to see riot do more with this.... im liking this idea

Q- gapcloser range of say lux's light binding
W- untargetable
E- AOE around champ + knock up(pulverize but with more damage)
R- dash to a point about the range of your screen when locked on and deal damage to anyone in the way of your dash. no CD

farm till 6, free poke and constant intiates

Rouge the Rogue Assassin

Passive: Trick - When they would otherwise receive a killing blow, Rouge takes no damage for the next 2.5 seconds and becomes stealthed, loses any active Dopplegangers and cannot attack or use abilities/items. Meanwhile, Rouge's death animation will play on a substitute with the scoreboard updated for one kill and false gold/exp given to recent attackers. This resets once Rouge exits stealth. 3 minute cooldown.

Q: Crippling Blow - 300 range single target. Deals 60-320 magic damage, delayed by 3 seconds. This becomes pure damage if the target moves further than 400 units in the next three seconds.

W: Stealthsuit - Applies a 5-12 second buff that initially grants a 0.75 second stealth which is refreshed by 0.3 seconds every time Rouge auto attacks. This is also applied to any active Dopplegangers on activation.

E: Doppleganger - Rouge creates a clone for 15 seconds. Clone receives all bonuses from your items but do 10-30% of your melee damage, applies on hit effects and has 60-100% of your health. The clone will always remain within 300 range of Rouge and only one clone can exist at any time. The champion and the clone switch places every 3 seconds; no visual cue is presented upon switch.

R: Momentum - Every creep/monster kill gives the champion one point of momentum, which grants 5-9% attack speed and 4% movement speed. Champion kills or assists give 5 points. Momentum points last for 30 seconds. Rouge can choose to release his momentum at any time by activating this ability. Upon activation, Rouge (and any Dopplegangers) will be completely disabled on the spot for 2.5 seconds, appearing inactive, before dealing 4-6% of max health in magic damage for each momentum point to any enemy champions within 300 range. This resets momentum to 0.

Smeal, The Master Slime

A slime so sticky that let parts of itself stick on another champions even after death.

Passive: Every time you kill a champion with an ability, your ability(and the dead champion's respective) are disabled until he kills you back. This passive can be applied to up to 4 times.

Q - Ooze (10 sec cooldown) -> Become a pool of Sticky Ooze that slows all enemies in the area for 30% of movement speed, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 + ( X ) damage over 5 seconds. If allied champions are caught on the Ooze, their Q's are disabled until they get out of it.

W - Sitcky Sticky (20 sec cooldown) -> Throws yourself on an Enemy or Allied champion. If an enemy is hit, his attack speed is slowed for 20% and receive 100/150/200/250/300 + ( X ) damage over 5 seconds. If an allied champion is hit, you heal him for 5% of his total life over 5 seconds, but you disable his W ability over that time.

E - Bubble Bubble (12 sec cooldown) -> You become a bubble and bounce yourself over enemies, dealing 100(+50 damage per new enemy caught) over 5 seconds. You need to re-activate the ability after each bouce. If you land the ability on an allied champion, you give him 20% attack speed for 5 seconds, but disables it's E ability for that period.

R - Slime-Snowball Exprosion (90 sec cooldown) -> You charge to an enemy champion, growing as you go farther. Allied champions caught by your SlimeBall become a part of it, charging to the enemy. Once the enemy is hit, you explode, killing yourself and dealing 600 (+200 per allied champion caught) in the area. You heal your allies for 10% of their total health over 8 seconds, but their R's abilities are disabled for the same duration.

Hidden Passive: if you apply your passive to 4 different champions at the same time(meaning you can't use any skill), you gain a new ability:
Hidden New Ability: you stick yourself to any structure(tower, inhibitors, Nexus) or super-jungle-creeps(Dragon, Baron). You cannot leave until you kill yourself or the creep/structure get killed/destroyed. You gain XP and Gold as if you were with your teammates(the biggest group). You can activate this ability to kill yourself, dealing 600 true damage in the area.

Forces all units on the map to uncontrollably walk to the nearest allied tower (or nexus if no towers exist) and recall back to base. Resets all present conditions affecting FFFFFFFFFFF's secret number.

Secret Passive - NNNNNNNNNN: FFFFFFFFFFF cannot use smart cast.
