Hey fellow forumers. Just here to ask for your opinions. Deciding on buying my second 3150 champ and want your guys help to decide which one. I'm looking for a champ that can rack up kills but also not die to quickly. (I already have shaco) thanks!

Rack up kills without dying often? Olaf definitely. He is incredibly tanky, beats people in trades with true damage, has decent minion clearing with his axe, has a very strong passive, and can't be disabled with his ultimate, making him a force to be reckoned with in teamfights when he runs through the CC and starts crushing the enemy's AD carry.

Captain Obvious checking in.

Do you have all the cheaper champs? Have you playtested each one of them?

If not, you should always go through the cheaper options first. Champion overall power is not determined by their cost, so there is no reason to specifically look for a 3150 champ, or 6300 champ.

You should be playing ALL the free champs every week, looking for champs that you enjoy the most. Then focus on getting the cheaper ones within that list.

Kassadin: He is extremely hard to kill because he has riftwalk, (although he is vulnerable pre-6) and can easily jump in to burst down an enemy to take kills from allies as an effective way to rack up kills.
He may take a bit of time to learn, however.

Leblanc: Can easily burst down careless enemies after hitting 6 and her distortion makes her tricky to catch. Potent early-mid game

Corki: His W gives him mobility while his ultimate has a large range so he can strike enemies from large distances, making him hard to kill even though he is squishy. He also has kill potential as he is able to consistently deal large amounts of damage.

Gragas: Mobile due to low cooldown dash, has a ranged aoe poke, naturally tanky with his steroid and passive, and another aoe poke that has an aoe knockback relative to location compared to cask. Forget what the term is called.. dislocation? His main poke can be cast into fog of war/etc to hit enemies that are running away/hidden, resulting in some excellent kill situations. Smartcast is awesome on Gragas. Best built as AP carry with some CDR/HP to keep his steroid up all the time and rolling his passive as much as possible. If you can keep his passive going nonstop, he will regen 30% hp over 60 seconds. With just a little AP at level 9 you can clear all 3 caster minions in one cast, with two attacks on the fighter minions they will also die. He does best mid or solo top, do not put him in a duo lane, he needs level 9 asap! He has a high skill cap though, so beware..
