Would this resolve the Heimerdinger problems?

Either nerf the turret health or give a decent gold bounty for destroying them.

Turrets should give a gold bounty (I say 15 per level of turret) when they die.

I think that is fair, considering they do not disappear when heim dies.

Yes, but it still remains an issue that they have too much health to kill with 1-2 AOE spells, and if you stand in range any longer than that you die from massive damage. It takes more than one champion working in tandem to counter them. It might take 2-3 heros to take out a nest of them. Which, in my opinion, is too much power for a single hero's ability.
