Throw in Banshee's Veil to get even more health for your Atma's Impaler as well as some nice MR to reduce the damage from Madred's Blood Razor.

... So, feel free to take Mallet and Warmog.

This is all for the most part true, and means that if you can squeeze a Bloodrazor into your build in the current meta, you can do horrifying damage to squishies and tanks alike

Also, stacking health like that doesn't really increase your threat or offensive value either, so keep that in mind. You may need cooldown reduction more instead for example.

The OP asked about it in the context of having an atma's, though, so your health does give some offence. For reference, AD costs ~36.67 gold per point , and hit points cost ~2.58 gold per point. With an atma's, you're getting a point of AD for every 50 points of health, so it costs you ~129 gold to buy a point of damage through your impaler. It's worth noting that your per-slot efficiency is even worse - a full warmogs buys you only 27.4 damage via atma's, and a mallet only gets a bonus 14 AD.

A lot of the cost-effectiveness of Atma's comes from your base health and health items you'd build anyway (for the slow or just the survivability), and by combining offence and defence in one slot. It's not really enough bonus AD to base your build around.
