You should aim to have and learn these champions before going into expensive 6300ip champs.

Annie (450ip): easy effective AP caster.
Ryze (450ip): moderate skill tanky AP caster (tip: set QWER to smart cast). Can be tried in Battle Training.
Sivir (450ip): moderate skill AD carry, very bursty. One of the best AD carries.
Soraka (450ip): easy skill. One of the best supports.
Tristana (free at http://na.leagueoflegends.com/facebook): great AD carry, moderate skill.
Warwick (1350ip): easy jungler that doesn't depend much on runes/masteries that is also a good solo top.
Garen (1350ip): easy skill tanky solo top. You can try him at Battle Training
Alistar (1350ip): moderate skill support that can also fill other roles.
Gangplank (3150ip): easy skill tanky solo top that can also jungle.
Sona (3150ip): easy skill support. One of the best.
Shen (3150ip): moderate skill tank that can top/jungle/support.

Unless you just suck with Ezrael MF is actually the weakest AD carry in the game at the moment.

Unless her harass can pay off in spades you're basically screwed with her because she has no reliable escape mechanic, no hard CC, and really only has a heal cutter for utility.

Caitlyn, because she's the easiest champion to do well with. She has long range, escapes, and decent damage. Plus, she's versatile enough to do ok in any lane. Learning an individual champion is not as important as learning a particular role and what objectives to prioritize and different parts of the game. All the champions are good, but if you're new, it's better to pick an easy to play champion so you can learn the other parts. When you have a better understanding of the game, you'll know who to pick as your second champion.

I suggest buying karthus.very strong ap and does dmg to all enemy champs.his q-ability can be cast every second and does 400 dmg on avarage and its wide range.has slow ability which also weakens enemies. However he needs mid lane. Build him with archangel staff, rabadon, lich bane, bots of swiftness, rod of ages and choose 1 random def item.
