Since the patch when this weekend started (7/24/09) I have Blue screened 5 times playing the game. The previous weekend I had the game running on its highest settings with average of 240fps. This weekend I average 100fps and drop as low at 19 for 2-3 seconds at a time. Sometimes the screen goes completely black for about 20 seconds.

System Specs:

Vista Ultimate 64bit
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16GHz
1066 FSB
8BG of Ram - 1066 FSB
Nvidia Geforce 9800gt 512mb (Newest drivers)
2 x 250gb HDDs 7200rpm in RAID0

List of the last three crashes:

Did you try reinstalling? When I patched the first time, it would lock my computer on my first move command every time. Reinstalling fixed it.

Hate to ask that, but gotta make sure you do the simplest stuff first =)

116 is normally video card related. Reinstalling drivers might help. Also it might be overheating if there is not enough veneration. It can also be powersupply related . When the video card starts cranking it draws more power which can cause issues, this is particularly the case when people upgrade their video card and not the power supply. It is possible to get an extender if that's the case. You should be able too lookup the power requirements of your card and your motherboard (remember every type of card takes more power). I had this problem when I added a sound card to my system which pushed it over the tipping point.
