Ginch, The Exiled (Smeagol Concept)

Hello everyone, this is the first concept ive ever made, so be nice please lol

Ive always wanted a champion like Smeagol from Lord of the Rings. I also wanted him to jungle.
The character would have a more muscular ape type body build but would resemble and move like Smeagol. Item builds could vary but would have a strong roll as a stealthy off tank melee fighter with execute potential.

Ginch would wield no weapons, but instead have long arms with big hands and nails.

Ginch, The Exiled

Passive: Hate Them
(10 second CD)
Upon bein dealt damage by an enemy champion, Ginch becomes infused with rage for 5 seconds granting him 10 AD +(3.5 AD/LVL) and 10% Attack Speed +(2% AS/LVL)

Q: Catch Them
50/60/70/80 mana
CD 15/13/11/9 Seconds
Active:
Ginch launches himself a short distance towards your cursor causing a small AOE. All enemies hit take
60/115/175/250 +(.5 AD) and are slowed by 35% for 2 seconds at all levels

W: Take Them
75/90/110/150 mana
CD 20/18/15/12 Seconds

Ginch grabs hold of an enemies limb and attempts to remove it. He pulls them in the direction of your cursor twice (similar to Thresh's hook). If Catch Them (Q) is cast in between pulls, the victim will be brought with Ginch but the missing health damage will not occur. This is a very short ranged point and click ability.
50/100/175/250 +(.4 AD)as physical damage initially and an additional 10%/12%/14%/16% of Missing Health on the second pull as magic damage

E: Hurt Them
30 mana at all levels
9/7/5/3 seconds
An auto attack reset that applies on hit affects
Ginch claws at his victims vitals causing them to bleed for additional magic damage over 3 seconds
25/50/75/150 +(1.00 AD) + 2%/3%/4%/5% of current health as magic damage (bleed damage is doubled against neutral monsters)

R: The Precious (available at LVL 1)
No Cost
10 second CD (goes on CD after deactivation not upon casting)
Active:
Instantly grants Ginch stealth and a 30%/50%/75% movement speed bonus that decays over 2 seconds at the cost of 5%/6%/9% max health initially and an additional 5% every second while active. After 3/3.5/4.5 seconds of remaining stealthed, Ginch is revealed and briefly stunned for 1.5 seconds. If Ginch would die due to The Precious, he is instead revealed and stunned for 2.5 seconds. Activating items, using skills, reactivating or attacking will reveal Ginch and put The Precious on cooldown.




Ginch would be a strong brawler with good invading and dueling potential. His mostly high cool downs beg for some reduction items and his in your face play style would require him to build slightly tanky as he wouldnt have the burst to flat out assassinate a full health squishy (usually) and get out alive.
Since almost all of his damage is single target, you need to master using The Precious correctly to set up a good combo.
Early game he would be a very strong ganker and can apply tons of pressure. Late game he can sneak into an enemy team for a decent initiation and try to pick off a low health or squishy target. His weak points are his high cool downs and no built in sustain. Misuse of The Precious could also result in a highly embarrassing and greedy death

An ideal combo would be to use your ultimate to sneak into lane or get to a squishy, AA, E, W and then save Q to either get out or chase.

Im not going to go crazy in depth with his lore right now or anything like that, but if anyone has any ideas on perhaps making him more balanced or just like the idea, let me know, thanks!

I know i only did the abilities, but balance was a big concern. Il add a lore and all that good stuff, but id like some insight on the abilities first
