Foco the Hoop Thrower
Name: Foco Role: AD/AP carry, Anti-melee Lore: Living in the slums of Noxus is very dangerous as many have learned, but those that spend enough time in it learn much about life and themselves.
Foco grew up in such a place and he learned three things:
How to fight, How to stay alive and his love for fire and sharp objects.
As the years past, he grew stronger and stronger just as his obsession for fire. When he was merely ten he made his first kill, but instead of breaking down and running Foco smiled enjoying the smell of burning flesh and the sound of screams of agony. Though he managed to control himself from going on a killing spree, he waited with a smile on his face waiting for his next would-be attacker.
At sixteen he was the first in line of his age to join the army, just in time for the Ionia assault; though he was deprived of battle due to the plan for a sneak attack and the Ionian’s unwillingness to fight. Only after Zaun’s scientist started using under handed methods did the Ionians start to truly fight back.Noxus Foco proved himself on the field of battle, for any line his commander needed broken Foco was all he needed; the problem was he had no problem with friendly fire, and it would have been considered odd if he didn't accidentally kill off his platoon by the end of the day.
After a heavy lose due to Foco accidentally setting fortifications on fire and leaving them vulnerable to attack his commanders were to have him executed, but Swain intervened and had him taken under his charge; and sent him back to Noxus for a re-stationing. but finding a place to deploy him proved to be a challange as his skills were very nitch, and when he wasn't on duty he was off causing trouble out of a lack of entertainment.
Till he met Singed, and was his only willing volunteer; but his service wasn't free, Foco requested that Singed make a special potion for him, one that would make him naturally fireproof. Singed accepted the deal seeing both benift for him and a fun challange.
Unfortunately Singed’s part of the trade came first and Foco was the first to try the Insanity Potion, still unperfected the potion caused Foco’s brain to lose its grasp on reality, and he was driven insane near instantly.
After years in psychotherapy Foco’s brain has finally made enough of a grasp on reality, for him to rejoin the rest of the world. Singed keeping his part of the bargain presented him with the potion he asked for shortly after his release. He continued to be Singed’s volunteer till he joined the League of Legends at Swain's request.
“Lets! Light! FIRES!” – Foco during his first battle on the Fields of Justice
Stands at 5'7 with an average frame.
Wears a black Thracian gladiator helmet; heavy Maroon shirt with a brass chest plate; gauntlets reach to his elbows, with metal scales on his left forearm; heavy deep blue trousers, with a gold strip going up the outside of his leg; Greaves over top heavy leather boots; wears four metal rings on his waist, three bigger ones on his back and his hook hanging from his left side by a rope.
Health – Medium
Attack – Strong
Spells – Medium
Difficulty – Medium
Passive: Burning metal
Foco’s basic attack’s total damage is half magic, half physical; scaling with both AP and AD; respectively.
Q: Hook throw
Foco throws his Hook in a straight line dealing physical damage; enemies hit by the hook are slowed for 1 second and can’t move further away from Foco for 5 seconds (he is pulled with them), enemies also receive magic damage ever second he is leashed with them; he can activate the skill again to remove the Hook.
(He can still use basic attacks when leashed, but the hook has a longer range then his basic attacks)
W: Fire Wall
Foco throws 8 rings in a cone a small distance in front of him dealing physical damage to everything they passes through. While the rings are on the ground they burn amy enemy that walk/stands over them 5 seconds after the step off the rings; while Enemys also take extra damage from Foco
E: Hoop Throw
Foco grabs one of his bigger hoops and throws it a long distance in a straight line, dealing physical damage to every enemy in its path (range is adjustable like Olaf’s undertow).
Same DoT and increase in damage as 'Fire Wall'
Since its a single spot not a wall, Hoop Throw deals more damage then Fire Wall in everyway making it better for 1v1s
Foco throws a Molotov at a spot in a long range, dealing mixed damage and leaving a DoT area on the ground; Foco can also let him madness set in and target himself setting himself on fire dealing DoT in a smaller area around him.
Fire Wall and Hoop Throw are excellent for zoning, its up to you to pick which is better for the situation.
Hook Throw drags you along with the enemy meaning you can stay in range for your auto attacks without having to stop.
Hook throw when used while burning from Ignition can keep you in melee range of a enemy dealing tons of damage while your leashed to them.
Try to avoid Foco’s hoops when they land on the ground to minimize the damage his attacks deal.
Foco is completely skillshot based; keep moving and it will harder for him to hit you effectively.
Try to avoid attacking Foco in melee range if you plan to run from him since he can hook you and prevent you from getting away.
If Foco lands his hook try to pull him under your turret, the magic damage you receive from his hook will cause the tower to focus him.
Here we Go!
With fire in my soul
All righty then
Off I go
*holds up one of his rings* when you can jump through his hoop then I’ll be impressed!
You like my act? (mutters Entry of the Gladiators to himself) *Foco starts juggling his two rings every time he throws one up another appears till he has 8 then catches them all 4 in each hand and puts them away.*
Tell me what you think and leave a constructive response, NO HATE!
