((It is indeed explained in the lore that she broke the word because it was a symbol of her achievements in the Noxian military which she defected from. The broken condition symbolizing exiling herself from said military))

((I know. Her regular sword. I'm talking about the sword she has in her championship skin.))

Evelynn
Widowmaker,

The blade I have is my same weapon. I can't explain why it does, but each time I reforge it, it changes shape to match the attire and theme of my outfit. It always returns to its regular shape after, but as soon as I channel my power through it, the shard warps to fit the form best suited to what I am wearing. So, to answer your question, I've always had the weapon.

A small package arrives for Riven, containing a recording ward.

The recording appears to be shot from Lux's own point of view. Lux is in a small dirt pathway, high rocks on either side. She's breathing heavily.

"Okay... this match has been going on for an hour... bad guy training partner is way better after all this time than I am... he's dodging all my shots... gotta try something new..." Lux chuckled. "I shall call this... the Exiled Hop Hop Hop..."

Lux continued on for a short while. This environment was some kind of Demacian training grounds, and it was quite small, consisting of a circular path with a cross section of three pathways inside it. Lux's opponent, apparently a new recruit, ran into the center of this cross section, looking for Lux. He was a rather slender man, clearly some kind of specialist. He saw her, and to his satisfaction, Lux was running towards him rather than keeping her distance.

"Demacia!" He yelled, running at her with twin swords ready.

The man suddenly seemed to stretch, turning into a shadowy form of himself stretching the full fifteen feet from where he was, to right beside Lux. And a moment later, he was beside Lux in full. But as he had been doing this, Lux stopped, and jumped into the air. The moment he appeared, Lux blasted the ground below her with her binding spell. The wave of energy exploded outwards, snaring the man. Lux landed, and jammed her baton into the ground, causing another blast of light magic. His bindings detonated, knocking him back against the rock wall. Imitating Riven, Lux hopped twice more, with the last energy blast being biggest of all.

"The time for talk is over!" Lux exclaimed wildly, giving her baton a twirl. "DEMACIA~!"

And in a feat of yet more reverse engineered spell theft, Lux slashed her baton across the man's midsection, causing a crescent of light magic to erupt forth and slam the man one final time into the wall. And down he went, producing only a pained groan.

"...we get it, you like her." Xin Zhao muttered, from some unseen place, likely observing the spar with other Demacians.

"Doing that got my outfit sooooo dirty. But it worked~!"

Lady Riven.

Me and a few other Noxian summoners have grown curious about your physical strength and your sword. How heavy was your blade when it was whole? I'd imagine that it would take great strength to wield such a thing with only one hand.

Riven couldn't really respond to what she'd just seen, other than to feel somehow...violated. She prided herself on her fighting style and tactics, and she valued her privacy. To have someone like Lux, who was not the most private person use some strange combination of her abilities and call it a "Bunny Hop" didn't particularly help things. Riven sighed to herself. Lux's apparent fixation with her was beginning to get, in a word...

...creepy.

You would be correct, Summoner. My blade was tremendously heavy, and still is, when reformed. It is easily the largest single weapon in the League currently, being bulkier than both Garen Crownguard's weapon, and larger than King Tryndamere's as well.

Honestly, I cannot say how heavy the weapon was, for, you see, I never actually measured its weight for myself. However, I lifted weapons weighing in at around 54 pounds, and found them to be lighter than my blade. All I cared about was mastering the use of the weapon, and overcoming the difficulties of wielding it. Its weight was simply something I did not care about, only that I knew I had to master it.

I'm sorry my answer couldn't be of more help to you, Summoner.

Lady Riven.

You were actually alot of help, Lady Riven. Your disregard for the weight of the weapon only further compliments your true physical strength, which in my opinion many Noxians such as myself find inspiring.

As long as you uphold a strong sense of honor and pride along with your physical strength as well, Summoner. I would hope that I can inspire many of our homeland's people in the same way. Even a defeated opponent may yet prove to be strong if given the chance to improve upon himself.

A package arrives for Riven, containing a recording ward.

The image is simply of Miss Fortune in the study of her ship, sitting at her desk, talking to the viewer.

"Hey girl. I guess I coulda just written this down, but apparently sending you recordings is hip now." Sarah said. "So, you might like what happened these past couple days. See, we were sailing the waters between Ionia and Bilgewater, when we came upon a man and woman stranded on a lifeboat. A Demacian and a Noxian! Ooohhh this was too awesome." Sarah was thoroughly amused and it showed. "They tell us that their ships traded fire and they're all that survived. 'Oh they shot first', 'oh they shot first', yeah bite me. We brought'em on board on three conditions. We're not just speeding them home, we've got stuff to do out here and they can wait a few days, not like they would have returned within a week anyway. They cannot try to kill each other while they're on board, and they have to try to actually be in the same room and get along while they're on board, no hiding on opposite ends of the ship. They break those last two rules, we feed the kraken. They agreed."

There came a loud, angry knocking on Sarah's door, causing her to smirk wide.

"So, you know, three days of subtle glaring and veiled insults." Sarah said. "So the crew and I made them do a friendship exercise or two, making them work together to accomplish simple tasks. We had them fold the spare sails, we had them roll ropes and tie knots, we had them cook for the crew, a bunch of stuff like that."

"MISS FORTUNE!" Came a female voice, and more loud knocking.

"Occupied~!" Sarah cooed, grinning. "Two nights ago, we decided to have them share the stock room for sleeping, so they could have words away from my crew, more private and stuff. The night watch guys made sure nobody was killing each other, first night went fine. Then, last night, guess what we caught them doing, four times!"

"GIVE THOSE BACK!" The voice demanded.

"RETURN THOSE AT ONCE, CAPTAIN FORTUNE!" Came a male voice.

"Not until you stop calling me that!" Sarah yelled back, laughing. She looked at the ward, and held up a hand, twirling a pair of female undergarmets on her finger. "It's Miss. Miss Fortune. That's my name." She grinned. "Don't worry, Riven. There's plenty of hope for Demacians and Noxians to get along. These two certainly are~."

"...MISS FORTUNE, RETURN THOSE." The male voice demanded.

"That's better!" Sarah called. "New group exercise for you two is washing all the frickin FOOD in that stock room! Eesh! I thought Demacians were more proper than that~!"

Sarah laughed, and reached for the ward with the undergarment hand, the clothes draping over the lens just before the feed ended.

"Why is it always Demacian men and Noxian women? Stupid fairy tales of noble nights in shining armor. Hahaha~!"
