his passive would be when ever he dies everyone is invulnerable tell he is re spawned. BECAUSE HE DIED FOR YOUR SINS!
Q cure which would be a cleanse accept the hero now is disabled as he prays and thanks the lord of his gift
W would be a global heal even healing enemy's because jesus doesn't discriminate
E would be walking on water where he now can walk threw the map with out giving a **** about objects like mountains
His Ult would do a global damage to anyone he chooses for infinity damage

Passive - Every minute that passes by increases your AP by 4.
Q Skill - Deals 50%/60%/70%/80%/90% of your AP as pure damage.
W Skill - Passive - Enemies around you are slowed for 3%/6/%/9%/12%/15%
Active - Your next spell will ensnare the target(s) and you for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3
You and allies are ensnared for half the time.
E Skill - Ignites an enemy for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds dealing 30% of your AP as pure damage.
If the target touches another enemy or ally, the fire will spread, igniting it, increasing the
duration of the spell on both enemies by 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. The fire can only
spread 5 times. Can spread after a 1 second interval.
Ultimate - You summon a source of light, so bright it blinds all enemies within AoE of
300/400/500. After 2/1.5/1 seconds, the source of light implodes with
tremendous force bringing all units (allies and enemies) to the center of the
implosion, After another 4/3/2 seconds, all units (allies and enemies) take
100% of your AP as pure damage.

Name: Scyxx (syeks), the Hex tech mage. (he have mage like appearance with typical fantasy/old tech stuff on his body and clothes)

Role: Ranged auto-nuker, Bait, harasser.
Attack: Long ranged
Damage: Good
Speed: Slow
HP: Low
Hex-Energy: 100 (instead of mana)

Pro's: High ranged damage. Changeable between Offence and Defense. Don't require mana items.
Con's: Squishy without his shield. Unable to increase his energy with items. Need to conserve energy. CC drains lot of energy.
P) Hex Capacitor: Recharges 2 Hex-Energy every second and gains an extra 2 Energy for each kill (20 for champion kill).

Q) Hex Cannon: "Activation: 5 Hex CD: 25 sec (-2/lvl), 3sec for deactivation"

Active: Scyxx channels for 2 second then summons a large Hex cannon on his arm that gives +8 (+8/lvl +0.50 AP) additional magic attack and pierce 7 (+7/lvl +0.25 AP) armor and magic resist.
Active mode consume 5 Hex-Energy each second and an extra 4/sec if attacking.
If disabled prematurely or run out of energy, this spell takes an extra 30 seconds to cool down.
(Cannot be activated with Tech Shield or Drone Swarm)

W) Discharge/Recharge: "Activation: 40 Hex CD: 30 sec (-5 /lvl)"

Active: Scyxx overloads all his remaining energy into a massive charge around him that deal damage relative to his energy at activaion (+20/lvl +0.50 AP) and stuns enemies for 1.5 sec.

Passive: Scyxx's Hex energy recharge an extra 1 every 5 second per lvl. (disabled in cool down)

E) Tech Shield: "Activation: 15 Hex CD: 60 sec (-2/lvl), 5 sec for deactivation" (gives 603,5 HP at lvl 5 with 85 hex after activation cost, 816,5 with ulti at lvl-3)

Active: Scyxx channels for 2 seconds then summons a large metal-magic wall around him that increases and converts 110% (+125%/lvl +0.75 AP) of Scyxx's current Hex-Energy to use as HP for the shield.
Scyxx is immobile while using this skill and is immune to Stun, Blind, Silence, Fear.
The shield drains its own HP by 6 (+2/lvl) each second.
(Cannot be activated with Hex Cannon or Drone Swarm)

R) Drone Swarm/Standby: "Activation: 10 Hex CD: 90 sec (50 if deactivated), 5sec for deactivation"

Active: Scyxx activates 3 / 5 / 7 small drones that orbit his body and use them to focus attack on his targets and deals +120 (+60/lvl +0.75 AP) magic damage.
(all drones fire at the same time, damage is for each attack, not for each drone)
If an enemy is hit three times in a row it is stunned for 0.50 seconds.
While active, this mode drains 2 (+1/lvl) energy for each attack. drains 1 Hex each second.
(Cannot be activated with Hex Cannon or Tech Shield)

Passive: Scyxx use his drones for energy storage and increase it by 10 for each lvl and recharge 1 additional Hex energy (2 at lvl 3). (disabled in cool down)

Zasz, the overseer

Passive: if any enemy hit by Zasz's spells is in the fog of war, they are dealt an additional 20 + 10 x level damage.

Q : global range. 9/8/7/6.5/6 seconds CD
after 2 seconds, deal 50/75/100/150/200 (+0.4) damage to all enemies in target area.

W : global range. 20/18/16/14/12 seconds CD
fires a projectile in a direction, slowing all enemies it passes through by 10/15/20/25/30% and revealing them for 3 seconds.

E : 80/75/70/65/60 seconds CD
Passive: the first enemy Zasz's abilities hit (or closest to the center for AoE effects) are dealt and additional 30/45/60/75/90 (+0.2) damage.
Active: reveals an area on the map for 5 seconds.

R : global range 200/150/100 seconds CD
target enemy champion is cursed, dealing 50/80/120 (+0.1) damage per second for 5 seconds, the curse refreshes every time the cursed champion takes damage from a source other than the curse.

This will be a bird like anivia but looks totally different. Flies above the ground like the anivia. Her classic skin will be red with fire around her. She will cost 3150. She will be a mage/caster

PASSIVE: Sorin Moove
Not taking damage or attacking for 3 seconds increases Farun's movement spd by 2.

Q: Flaming Boroo Cooldown: 12/12/12/12/12 Manacost: 50/70/80/90/100
Farun sets a circle of fire (like veigs cage) for 5 seconds and enemies that cross the edge take 50/85/110/155/210.

W: Sinking Desire Cooldown: 8//7/6/5/4 Manacost: 80/90/100/120/140
Faun takes a deep breathe and after a 1 second delay blows out a breathe of fire damage all enemies in its range for 100/130/150/180/210. (Range is like Ashes volley)

E: Flaming Cries Cooldown: 20/16/12/10/10 Manacost: 40/50/60/70/80
Farun shrieks and all surrounding enemies (including minions and monsters) take 50/70/100/120/150 magic damage and are silenced for 0.8/1/1.5/2/2.2 seconds.

R:(ult) Deconation Cooldown: 60/50/40 Manacost: 100/150/200
Faun becomes untargetable (and unable to attack and be attacked including turrets) for 5 seconds. After 5 secons she gloriously explodes into a million flames and damages all surrounding enemies for 200/400/550 magic damage.

Ok gentlemen, I read earlier that we need a samurai. Yi is not a great fit but he's pretty darn close. No sirs, I tell you what we really need since we have a pirate, a viking, ninjas, zombie(sion), and whatnot... we need a cowboy. Why not? We have crazy monsters and hextech guns. As for stats or skills though, I'd leave that to someone better with game balance than I.

Maybe something like

Passive: Similar to Ashe's where his crit chance goes up when he hasn't attacked

Q: Medium range shot like Parrrrrley
W: Increased attack speed and a little damage? Or maybe straight as
E: Gets a good dodge chance for so many seconds (because cowboys are so evasive in firefights)

Ult I see myself imagining something similar to Poppy's ult where he and another champ have a 'showdown' and can only focus on each other for so long.

Thoughts or alternate skill set?
