If you listen to people complain about the tribunal, you'll notice that they never mention there is even a pardon button. It's like they're only focusing on the worst possible scenario and never even considering the possibility that everyone that uses the tribunal isn't a giant d-bag.

I find an increasingly number of players being reported whom are not ban worthy. Like the guy who is reported for feeding while going 2/5/8.
Or saying "f**k" when they die or to someone is NOT bannable. If swearing bothers you, turn your filter on. I punish people for swearing when they do it to avoid the filter

15/0/20 guy in tribunal, reported by 5 enemies with a reason of "refusing to communicate with the team"
yeah its possible, and he may get banned for it and think that he got banned for some game he went 2/3 in

I think it might be because cases like that are even making it on the Tribunal to begin with, it loses some credibility. People who are getting reported for no reason, pretty much the thing people feared about Tribunal before it was even released; Trolls abusing it. Whether or not these innocent people get banned, the fact they show up is kinda daunting.

because most people instapunish.

what makes you think that the same people who take the time to right click -> report -> choose reason wont just click on punish?

its the way of the trolls, riot will never acknowledge this and the tribunal will not be changed. because that would mean that they were wrong, and that would mean more money lost.

how do u not understand being unjustly reported? and the fact that u can report for anything and have a moderate chance at getting that person banned due to autopunish.

how is that hard to understand?

I'm inclined to disagree. Punish Spam is NOT an ideal way to get quick IP. If I spend the minimum 1 minute required before I can pass my vote, and click punish every time. Even if I vote the majority on every one, that's only 75 IP for 10 minutes work. And considering how many honest people do the Tribunal now, it is highly unlikely that they will turn a profit. I propose Riot remove the IP gain. I personally could care less about the gain, I do it, and I assume others as well, simply because we are tired of getting screwed over by these people in our games.
