It would go a long way to helping the purple/blue imbalance.

^On blue side, the support and the ad at bot would leash the small golemns back and forth, earning a small amount of experience and gold early on while taking minimal damage.

Purple's small golems are on the top lane.

Purple side can be leashed and take minimal damage if mid helps top leash them. There are also many champions who can do this effetively with little cost, and there is a certain risk in doing it in the case that the aggro would reset, or the people doing this would come out very hurt, regardless, it's still a 2 person process, so you can't argue that the support would just heal them, snce the overall goal was to not take any hits if possible, and when done well, you tend not to take more than 1 or 2.

to be fair you could send the AD carry and support top lane (since they been doing that anyways to counter solo top) to also leash thier side ..... not riots fault that people are afraid to stray from the meta ... imo its still fair no matter what side your on.

Edit: Also making them unleashable means to keep them stationary which any ranged could take out making it even easyier for the support ranged to take it ...
