Log file troubles

Long story short I haven't had log files properly record game data since patch version 117 was released on the 9th. Something changed and my log files have no actual game data.

I need to know if anyone else is having this trouble (if yes your logs will all be around 2-6kb if not they should be 500kb+)

Your logs should be in:
C:\Program Files\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.0.117\deploy\logs

It might also be in

C:\Riot\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.0.117\deploy\logs

or something similar.

Have you tried completely reinstalling?
If so, then it is most likely anti-virus related.

No I haven't. And the problem isn't that logs aren't being made, its that they contain no game information. Which is odd to say the least. League of Legends was one of the first things I reinstalled after my last reformat (which was months ago.)

Should I try completely reinstalling? And if it is anti-virus how should I go about fixing this issue? I use Avast.
