Everytime I try to log in to LoL I get a "server is busy" message. And when I try to log in again it says: "Login failed for unknown reason. Please visit http://support.leagueoflegends.com for more information", but I can't find anything there for it.
Before you say that I'm banned, I'm not, because I play like 1-2 games per week and I am always nice and almost never feed.
It's not my internet because I'm sitting here typing this and my friends are playing right next to me.
I'd be happy to get a quick answer.

I relogged just fine. Did you try restarting your computer?

Have you gone through and tried these
Server Status: Unavailable/Busy
1. The servers are actually down, check http://leagueoflegends.com/board/forumdisplay.php?f=9, there's usually an announcement.
2. You need to http://support.microsoft.com/gp/howtoscript.
3. Or this one, https://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9657448
4. Your Internet Explorer is in Offline Mode, change it.
5. You're set to use a proxy server, turn it off, Internet Options -> Connection -> Lan Settings -> Set to Auto Detect
6. Turn off Certificates in IE, IE Options > Advanced > Restore Advanced Settings, IE Options > Advanced > Uncheck "Check for server certificate authentication"
7. Run through the other http://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/234288-windows-settings-troubleshooting in the KB
8. Try powercycling (restarting) your modem.
9. Reset your Internet Security Settings, Internet Options->Advanced->Reset Button
10. Make sure your computer's clock is synced
11. Check this http://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/234166-server-status-unavailable
12. Uninstall Pando Media Booster
