so it seems like there is something wrong with buying RP... and riot has no answer about it they tell you to clear cache on IE reinstal client but it does not work... you would think they would try to solve this problem because myself and alot of other players are no able to purchase RP because of "error please try again later" well i tried again later didnt work.. riot listen to your community and solve this problem you are losing MONEY

Same problem, tried reinstalling, tried their suggested internet explorer fixes, no luck here either.

I wish there was something I could do to help you. I would let you remote login to one of my computers and do it if I could. The only other thing I can suggest is if you look in windows update and try to update Internet Explorer to the newest version and if it is, see if you can uninstall the newest Internet explorer patches just to see if you can get it working.
