ONLY download combofix from that site, both of the links at the top of the page are verified safe by the publishers. If you have problems after it restarts once, restart one more time. It should remove something which you will see after it runs all 50 stages. In the log it creates after you restart check for "OTHER DELETIONS" and also posting the log to pastebin or here would not be too bad of an idea, as some things even this won't detect (but it has like a 95% success rate.)

*Edit ignore first part. But still wait for riot to get that ticket in. Gather up your receipts from RP from your email (which is THE best way of identifying your account IMO, you can't really fake that) and cross your fingers that riot will be back soon.
The person that hacked my account changed my e-mail, and all my purchases have been in pre-paid cards, so I don't have any receipts.

Did you save any of the transaction numbers from them? Do they not give you one? Riot SHOULD be able to help you with this, especially if they store IP's for accounts. (I think they do.) If you have previous passwords that'd probably help etc. I don't know exactly what they ask for in their tickets, it's typically historical information.

I didn't think of saving transaction numbers, I probably should've, I've never changed my password, which again I should've done. I've already sent a ticket or too, it'll just take time.

I'm honestly really angry, so much ground to cover again, getting all those runes, oh God the runes!!! XD

I'm sure they'll help you, if you provide as much information as you can.

I think this may be a first time for them being off work, it's kind of a full-day-full-life commitment with something like this.

Please stop bumping this thread as Riot will not personally check here to solve your issue. Wait for a response on your ticket.
