One glaring problem that has become apparent to me while leveling up is the language barrier that exists on North American servers. 4 out of 5 games that I play in, I cannot communicate to my teammates. Considering the huge part that team communication [should] plays in this game, it seems to me that the lack of South American or Central American servers is a largely unfair to all parties involved. What is RioT's stance on this? Have they made such a stance known? What is the community's stance on this?
edit: I changed the title to collect a few more views for this thread, but it seems like nobody thinks this is a problem. Am I being unfair here or is the community really just that apathetic?
