...with a Doran's Blade? So far I have the +2.25 attack quint, but I don't know what masteries to put in... o.o;

Also, is the Alacrity mastery good?

3 Points into Brute Force in the Offensive Tree.

That's basically:

2.25 from Quint
3.00 from Brute Force
6.00 from Doran's Blade
= 11.25

Okay thanks I'll use the Brute Force mastery!

I want to get a Doran's Blade because its more useful early game than a Long Sword. ^_^

I did at first, but after about 200 games, I've been fine my last 100 games with just a Tome + HP Pot, but people play differently so whatever is useful for you is best.

I'd just start with a Doran's Shield. The passive is massively overrated and won't sustain you as well in the lane as well as the shield will.

Just grab a pickaxe midgame when you need the spellvamp.

The issue I have with Doran's Shield is that it doesn't scale. In the very early game if you're getting harassed to the point where you can only last hit at range with Q, it does heal for more than Doran's Blade. However, as you level and grab items Doran's Blade very quickly outpaces Doran's Shield, even in the above scenario. It's also far more effective for getting the Lizard buff.
