Yeah, that's why I consider dodge quints. It's a hard stat to get. Is there a cap to dodge though? Do i risk getting anywhere near it with dodge seals+quints+ninja tabi?

I always doubt for sivir. I found at first movement speed runes perfect for her, but getting extra 97health early game is very strong, while late game is just nothing.
However starting with 400~ health is really what i hate early game, and i can't get any doran's item because it doesnt suit my playstyle, i just have to start with meki to upgrade it to chalice.

there's no cap however there is a diminishing returns.
each dodge is a % of your current hit chance, there's no easy way to explain this so i'll just use an example.
let's say your current runes page give you a 10% dodge chance, then you get ninja. the calculation for your dodge chance would be:
12% (ninja) + 0.88 (the chance that you'd be hit now that you have ninja) * 10%
= 20.8% instead of 22%

just a little problem with that? Which is taken into account FIRST?

12% or 10% because then the overall outcome is NOT the same.

About movement speed : how does the percentage work : Runes/Masteries/Ghost/FoN

applied in what order to what base movement value?

Base/Base+Boots/Base+Boost+Ultimate/Base+Boots+(One of the above)?

It is the same regardless of order, though his representation is a little odd. Let's say you have 4 sources of dodge with the following percentages: 10%, 12%, 20%, 4%.

Dodge chance gets checked for each of those percentages in order. To gain your total chance to dodge, what you do is you check your chance of not dodging and then subract that from 100%.

From the above example that would be as follows:
(100%-10%)*(100%-12%)*(100%-20%)*(100%-4%)=
(90%)*(88%)*(80%)*(96%)=
.9*.88*.8*.96=.608=60.8% chance to not dodge
so chance to dodge is 100%-60.8%= 39.2% chance to dodge each attack

Crazy good, but not quite the 10+12+20+4= 46% you would recieve if they stacked additively.

On movement speed you add static increases and then proceed to multiply in each bonus on top of each other. However with movement speed there is diminishing returns at certain levels, around 450 and 490 if I remember correctly. I'll link it when I see it.
