Wow page five i never expected this.. i'd like to thank my mom and dad for allowing me to play countless hours of video games.. i want to thank my all my fellow gamers for being there to play this online game with me. Lastly i want to thank my dog for always keeping me feet warm when i spend hours in front of the computer. I love you all!!

You remove a dodge seal, and then put $ seal that is a real joke?

if you cant make a good def seal at least put on some armor or magic penatration in the seal spot. Cause % Hp doesn't replace a dodge rune.

Can you please sort this in tiers? Most players are only interested in the t3 runes, so categorizing them as so will make it a lot easier to look at.

Also, the details about some of the runes are misleading. Most are not percentages, but flat numbers.

Problem with the new runes: The % pen stacks in a multiplicative manner to begin with, and only beat out the flat pen marks when a target has > than 169 armor. Since probably only one person on the enemy team will have 170+ armor, and it only stacks in a multiplicative manner with other percent penetration increases (thus lowering its total value even more) -- these are not worth getting unless you know exactly who you will be playing against before the match begins, and it happens to be two or more really tanky people -- of course, you could always get a last whisper if that were the case -- and it would be of a better value since again, the stacking won't be 9% (marks) + 40% (last whisper) + 10% (masteries) being 59%, it will instead actually be 51% total. So 7% of those 9% from marks would be going to waste, really only giving you 2% penetration for 9% worth of marks. Pretty lame.

The % HP quints only *begin* to beat out HP per level quints when the user has > 3200 HP, and the % HP seals only *begin* to beat out hp per level seals when the user has 3900 HP. Both of those figures are abnormally high for full builds except on a VERY select few champs. Having a whole rune set devoted only to cho'goth seems a bit extreme to me. Plus, you would have to have far more than 3200 and 3900 Health to make the difference between the two types of runes noticeable, which is why I put the word *begin* in asterisks.

The spell vamp quints are worth more than the life steal quints, which is odd since this doesn't follow the standard items in the game, but doesn't really bother me.

Finally, the Gold per second seals are extremely overpriced -- as the quints provide 1 gold per 10 @ a value of 550 IP


While the seals provide .25 gold per 10 for 410 IP.

They ought to at least be priced in the 200 ~ IP range.

Amazing. Im glad to finally see that dodge is being removed and its even more beneficial to now have the availability of life steal, health percent, and spell vamp runes. Life Steal/Spell vamp are two very important aspects to the game and i was honestly surprised those runes were not added sooner. Great job on the new runes and masteries Riot. Thanks!
