remove ward item and every player should only have one ward

The following is just a suggestion.
Please don't scold me if it is not good

How is the suggestion work?
Player will no longer buy wards in this game,
Player will have a ward for free every 3 mins,
player will only have maximum of 1 wards.

This is because:
1 when it become a free skill, player especially newcomer would use it.
This can build their behaviour of putting ward.

2.it is anti-fun for supporting champion as their jobs is to mainly heal and put ward,
healing need skill and is fun to use . However, putting many wards everywhere in one game is super boring and anti-fun since there are no interaction with players. Or shall we make a competition for player placing ward and give prize to whom put the best location?
Therefore, everyone has one ward is enough.

3.Ward dominate the game and this is anti-fun too. Some people put wards all around the map. You can see all your opponents are doing so let's play a game with open map.

4. this is save a space of item slot

This is stupid, do you know how cheap a ward is? 75 gold? Kill 2 minions buy a ward?

No no no. Support champions are not strictly healers (although many supports heal).

Janna and Zilean are two of the better supports when played well, and they don't have normal heals.

A support is a champion that is providing something of value to his/her team apart from damage and that/those things the support provides are more valuable than their damage.

Example: Lee Sin can give a shield to an ally, but Lee Sin is primarily there to damage the enemy team. Janna can provide a shield to an ally, and Janna is mainly there to provide that shield and provide crowd control against the enemy team. This is an example of the difference between a support and other champions.

By this definition, all true tanks are technically part of a category of supports.
A true tank's main goal is to provide:
1. Some form of initiation in the form of a gap-closer or a team benefiting speed increase and slows (Galio).

2. Some form of damage mitigation that primarily effects himself/herself, but may effect allies. These include bubbles, heals that benefit onesself more than allies, direct damage reduction, and/or temporary armor/magic resistance buffs. Extra health is not damage mitigation.

3. Threat: defined as the ability to manipulate the actions of enemy players through the threat of spammable cc or continuous damage (Amumu) that players will usually move to avoid.
