A suggeston to dodge mechanics

Many players think that dodge is annoying and therefore we don't really see any new champ skill-sets with dodge implemented and Riot tries to remove it from old champs where it's possible. Personally I think that for example dodge would suit Teemo very well and should be part of his Move Quick skill at a calculated figure.

So I suggest the following:
- Dodge should deactivate for the time when a champ is slowed, stunned, immobilized or feared.
- Ninja Tabi should get an active ability with 60 sec cooldown that would make dodge ignore this penalty from CC for a short time


Of course if this mechanics was implemented Riot would need to revisit some champs (like Jax, Sivir) and adjust their other stats, abilities to balance out the change but the essence of their dodge-based builds would stay intact.

This would allow several options against dodge. Items such as Frozen Mallet or Rylai's Scepter would also become a possible counter choice.

Problem is that with the current anatagonsim of the community against dodge it's going to be restricted to Jax and Sivir at best, completely removed or made strictly item/rune based at worst.
