Hi, I just finished this Kayle drawing and wanted to hear some feedback.

I don't know how to draw interesting backgrounds yet, so... :-/

The pose looks pretty nice but the face needs some work.
I suggest to mirror it, then you will see what I mean.
The shape of the chin is kinda lopsided, that happens easily if you don't look at a mirrored version.

I like the wings the most! They look soft and fluffy.

Thanks for the comment! Yeah, I lost a lot of years playing games instead of drawing, there's a lot of things I need to improve.

I'm the same Especially with Photoshop... it just takes so much time, I easily spend 9-15 hours on a piece and then I am still not happy.

Hey, I got a question.

This is how I drew her face (attachment). Sometimes I mirror the drawings to try and fix these kind of problems but I end up messing the stuff even more.

Got any more suggestions to get a better perspective when drawing?

I think it is the angle of her jaw. The part under the ear makes the face seem very broad.

Mirroring the proportions of her face at that angle will do that. You'll need to study up on foreshortening to improve upon that; the side of the face facing away from the viewer will be slightly narrower. This also should have an effect on the contour of the jaw.

Here's a tip I give every artist; flip your drawing (horizontal 180). Viewing an image mirrored makes lopsided shapes more obvious to the eye.
