It's pretty much the same as for SR, Catalyst -> lvl1 boots -> RoA -> boots of choice (I usually end up with mpen/+3) -> first part of Frozen heart -> Abyssal Scepter -> finish Frozen heart -> Deathcap -> whatever you feel like. WoTA isn't bad.

I use a ~20%ish CD runepage+Masteries, You want to hit as close to 40% as possible, your Feast is where the money's at.

Whatever you do, never go fullAP. always go AP/tanky, with the Abyssal scepter + Frozen heart + RoA + Feast you will be very difficult to kill.

Agreed. Tanky AP is the way to go. Rod of Ages is perfect for him.

Consider an attack speed item like Wit's End at some point since Vorpal Spikes scales fairly nicely with the AP you'll be getting, and it becomes a surprisingly good source of sustained damage with attack speed.

Nashor's Tooth is good, but the mana regen is most likely going to be a complete waste. The Stinger component for Nashor's is actually a very nice item however, and you can just pick that up and hold onto it for a while for the attack speed and CDR. Glacial Shroud/Frozen Heart's combination of armor and CDR is just too good to pass up most of the time.
