Update your flash and java, its probably not displaying it because you don't have those fully updated.

If it doesnt, give me some more info. -> what OS, what browser.

Try opening it with IE, it seems to be a plugin thats not functioning in your firefox.

Same problem in IE

Looking into it further i noticed that it has

<script src="http://static.new.facebook.com/js/api_lib/v0.4/FeatureLoader.js.php" type="text/javascript">

however "http://static.new.facebook.com/js/api_lib/v0.4/FeatureLoader.js.php" is an invalid URL

"http://static.ak.facebook.com/js/api_lib/v0.4/FeatureLoader.js.php" is a valid URL though so maybe that javascript include url needs to be modified on the site?

No, since it works for me, it should work for you too. Try updating your java.

Look at the first script here, its a java script. Just try to update it, its not like you've got anything to lose. It probably loads the button using java.

And yes I just tried, it works for me.

Java is already the recommended install they detected on their site. Maybe you have a cached script or something I don't know but its not working for me, and regardless they should fix that error I pointed out.

This is what it looks like both in firefox and IE

Try installing google chrome and opening it with that, see if it asks to install some plugins. If it does, try looking for that plugin for firefox
