Zar, The Vortex

Passive: Every skill after the other will grant 10% more magic penetration Max: (30%)

(Q): Shift CD: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds

Zar puts a black hole behind the enemy champion making it come closer to Zar doing 40/60/80/100/120 (+.3 AP) Magic dmg to an enemy champion that passes through it. [only 1 champ that Zar selects which this only takes .5 second to do. If you press the skill again it will do the same thing except backwards making them go farther away from you (used for when people turret hug) does the same damage as the previous skill.

This one you click on a chamion and it creates a vortex behind it then another vortex is summoned right next to you and he teleports there. Then it has a recast time which is 4 seconds and you can make him teleport back to his original spot dealing the same dmg that the previous dmg was dealt.

(W): Dark Blast (Skill Shot) CD: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Zar shifts the air in front of him and creates a black beam that hits anything in its way doing 90/130/170/210/250 Magic dmg (+.4 AP) if it hits more then 1 target the atk gets reduced by 5% each target [Up to 25%]

This one is like Lux's Ulti except not buffed. And also only takes .5 seconds to cast.

(E): Space CD: 19/18/17/16/15 seconds

Zar creates a vortex on the ground that deals damage over time the more champions in it the more damage it does 70/90/110/130/150 (+.2 AP) Magic dmg each second for 5 seconds (Does +50 more dmg if you add another champion into the vortex). If a champion stays in the vortex for the whole 5 seconds he is stunned for 1.5 seconds.

This one is like Malzahars E. You dont need to have all of the champions in here to get +50 or to make all of them stunned. All you need is 1 champ for regular dmg and add another for +50 more dmg. If you find a way to get all champs in the cricle for 1 second then they all get stunned for .5 seconds

(R) Ultimate: Rocket Charge CD: 115 seconds

Zar creates 5 small vortexs that send out 1 rocket each vortex that hit the closest enemy champion which does 100/150/200 dmg each rocket (+.4 AP) Magic Dmg

[Let me explain] You summon 1 vortex in a certain range that you can summon 5 times around you that hits the closest enemy but if you dont cast all 5 in 15 seconds then it will go into CD (They are seeking rockets)
