Im new to this...

Mage

Passive: Every skill after the other will grant 10% more magic penetration

(Q): Shift CD: 14/13/12/11/10 Seconds

Zar puts a black hole behind the enemy champion making it come closer to Zar doing 60/100/140/180/220 (+.3 AP) Magic dmg to an enemy champion that passes through it. [only 1 champ that Zar selects which this only takes 1 second to do.

This one you click on a chamion and it creates a vortex behind it then another vortex is summoned right next to you and he teleports there.

(W): Dark Blast (Skill Shot) CD: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Zar shifts the air in front of him and creates a black beam that hits anything in its way doing 90/130/170/210/250 Magic dmg (+.4 AP) if it hits more then 1 target the atk gets reduced by 5% each target [Up to 25%]

This one is like Lux's Ulti except not buffed.

(E): Space CD: 19/18/17/16/15 seconds

Zar creates a vortex on the ground that deals damage over time the more champions in it the more damage it does 70/90/110/130/150 (+.2 AP) Magic dmg each second for 5 seconds (Does +50 more dmg if you add another champion into the vortex). If a champion stays in the vortex for the whole 5 seconds he is stunned for 1.5 seconds.

This one is like Malzahars E

(R) Ultimate: Rocket Charge CD: 115 seconds

Zar creates 5 small vortexs that send out 5 rockets that hit the closest enemy champion which does 100/150/200 dmg each rocket (+.4 AP) Magic Dmg

[Let me explain] You summon 1 vortex in a certain range that you can summon 5 times around you that hits the closest enemy but if you dont cast all 5 in 15 seconds then it will go into CD

Interesting concept but I can notice a few flaws.

Does his passive have a limit on how high it can go or how long the Magic Pen buff lasts? That seems incredibly broken unless you put some limiting factors on it.

His Q seems incredibly odd given that he has no other abilities that make him either naturally durable or give him any form of escape ability. As a mage you would never want your target to get in melee range of you, so it seems weird that he has an ability that does that.

His W seems just like Xerath's Q except with damage reduction per unit hit, not too bad, ratio might need a little bit of a buff to not be too bad in team fights.

His E seems a bit underwhelming in fact. Depending on the size of the pool you won't generally hit the entire enemy team with it and it''s base damage seems really low. That and I can almost guarantee that you won't get someone to sit in it for the whole 5 seconds to proc the stun.

The ult seems interesting, would like a little more clarification regarding how it works.
