How does one setup runes to maximize magic damage?
There seems to be alot of consensus for Red being Magic Penetration.

But what about Blues (glyphs)?
Does Magic Penetration or AP/level grant more damage in the end game?

If you want an aggressive runepage for a caster this is pretty much the way to do it.

I personally prefer flat AP for blues for good early and mid game boost but both are viable.

Remember any AP # is +25% from Zhonya's, and AP/level is available on every slot. A full book is 85@18, which is more then most items. Once you have a Zhonya's that becomes over 106ap.

If you want to talk 'damage' I'm sure you could crunch numbers and beat the effects of that to varying degrees by champion and their ap ratios, but that AP directly aids things like heals and damage shields that magic pen won't.
