INNATE: Plague Ghoul-Summons a ghoul with 300/500/700 health, 1.15/1.3/1.45 times your AD, 0.625/0.75/0.875 AS, your MS, and 50% on each of Haze's other stats when you spawn. Lasts until death. Killing a minion revives the Plague ghoul at 70% of max health and killing a champion revives the plague ghoul at full health. Plague ghoul gains bonuses when he attacks enemies with your plagues on them.
Writers comment: Haze is very squishy and the ghoul is the basic support to Haze's group. It might be wise to get an item that gives a high AD bonus as it scales with its level.

Q: Slowing Plague-Haze releases a plague that slows whoever is affected by it, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.15 AP) magic damage per second and reducing MS and AS by 6%/12%/18%/24%/30%. when plague ghoul hits the affected target, he gains half the reduction as bonus MS and AS for 5 seconds.

Writers comment: it is more important for the ghoul than any other plague as it increases its AS which allows him to get better benefit from Draining Plague. With a maxed out ghoul and this at max. you can make its AS around .943 i believe

W: Weakening Plague-Haze releases a plague that reduces the strength of an enemy, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.15 AP) magic damage per second and reducing AD and AP by 8/16/24/32/40 for 10 seconds. When Plague Ghoul hits the affected target, he gains half the AD reduction as bonus AD for 5 seconds

Writers comment: second most important for ghoul but more important early game since early on SOME (not saying all but SOME) skills do very low damage unless they get the AD or AP ratio bonus. or am i an idiot lol. still important none the less ESPECIALLY when the plague ghoul dies.)

E: Corrosing Plague-Haze releases a plague of Acidic rain, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.15 AP) magic damage per second and reducing Armor and MR by 10/20/30/40/50 for 10 seconds. when Plague ghoul hits the affected target, he gains half the reduction as bonus Armor and MR for 5 seconds.

Writers comment: i think this is op right at 3 since a lot of champs dont gain MR from leveling. It does help the Plague Ghoul a bit and it would help him more if you get a Armor or MR item for him. just saying help the plague ghoul

R: Plage Storm- (Passive-when the ghoul deals damage to an enemy, he is healed for 20%/35%/50% of the damage dealt. The duration of a plague status ailment is increased by 3/4/5 seconds. Damage dealt from plagues is increased by 25% for every extra plague on a target [125% damage with 2, 150% damage with all 3])
Active- Unleash a Storm of Plagues affecting up to 3/4/5 random enemy targets near you with every plague you have. The cost overall is reduced by 10%/20%/30%, but you must wait 50% longer to cast each plague again 3 times each.
CD-100/110/120 seconds.
Writers Comment: passive is highly OP imo cuz of all the stuff in it. The active is ALSO OP, which i know, since it casts 15 spells at level 3 at reduced cost, with only having to wait 450% of normal cast time to cast like normally.

just pointing this out......Haze is random name i thought out, CD cost and DPS of Q,W,E same because i coudlnt think of anything. ideas anyone?
