Quas, The Fallen Maestro

Passive - Ghost Opera
Quas irresistible melody causes spirits from beyond to come back and aid him momentarily. As long as Quas has a stack of Ghost Opera, he can summon a Ghost Minion with every activation of his ability. Ghost Minion's stats are the same with the current Melee Minions and improves as the game progresses. Ghost Minion follows Quas for 13 seconds and attacks the same target he is attacking, if Quas stops attacking the target and so does the Ghost Minion. If the distance between a Ghost Minion and Quas is 900, the Ghost Minion immediately vanishes. Stacks up to 4/6/8 Ghost Opera Charges. Ghost Minions does not give out Gold nor Experience but is treated as if a Minion in terms of being targeted by specific skills.

Gains 1 Ghost Opera Charge whenever four minions dies or an allied champion dies within 600 AoE of Quas.
Loses 1 Ghost Opera Charge every 10 seconds.
Up to 4/6/8 Ghost Minions may only be active at once. Summoning another Ghost Minion while at maximum causes the oldest Ghost Minion to vanish.

Every consecutive use of Ghastly Escape in the next 6 seconds will cost 10% more Mana, stacking up to 10 times.

Every third Ghastly Escape causes Quas to enter stealth momentarily. Stealth is broken if Quas attacks or uses an Item/Ability.

Descending into depression until he could no longer take it, he sought for the aid of magic to make his music irresistible in exchange for something far more important than his own music, his life. Wanting his music to live forever, he agreed to such a deal but he found himself in the wrong side of the bargain, seeing his own pieces being plagiarized and forgotten.

Even in dead, he made his own masterpieces and played them beyond the grave, luring many beings to their death in an attempt to seek such temptation. With every death, he found himself closer to the physical world. He could just feel the warmth of the sun. Ignoring the fact that he has killed several of his people for the sake of his own, he wanted his music to be known once more. But little did he knew that it brings pain and death to everyone it would hear.

This idea is fantastic. A hero that can summon minions? Very awesome. As a matter of balance, his ghost walk or whatever is kind of OP, with such a low mana cost and high effect on short cd (hella lotta penetration there). Also, although all 3 parts of ult are cool and fit with their names, i saw no real synergy between each part. Instead, i would make each part affect the ghostly minions in some way, like give their ms a boost, give an aoe slow to all champions nearby, and then have them explode.
Overall, i love the idea, and really think summons like this and yorick should be more prevalent :)
