ummm, just click on the options screen ingame and go to key bindings????? >.>

This is true.

I've had to manually edit keybindings every time I want to swap SmartCast bindings with NormalCast bindings.

Oh, combinations. I miss read sorry. I assumed single keys... which is what I use.

Well for now, the input.ini file should be a work around.

Does this mean we can bind mousebuttons outside of LoL? Because LoL only lets you bind mouse button 4 ingame. The rest dont register,


I'm not sure. I haven't experimented with higher button numbers. A lot of these are direct mappings from directx.

Very few mice even have the 5/6 buttons.

The ones with more come with software that makes it work more like a controller/regular function keys rather than an actual "mouse button"

There is nothing wrong!

These are the changes you applied so far, now you can add additional commands.

The interesting thing about hohums list is that there are options that you cant access via the keybinding or other menus. For instance the already mentioned Normal-casting spells via a key combination (shift + x) or the additional Mousebuttons.

Mousebutton 5 is simply the second button on all double button mice.

Right Click
Left Click
Middle Click

Mouse 4 is bottom of the two side buttons. 5 is the top one which doesn't register. All extra button mice atleast have 5 from what Ive seen. Some go to extremes but Id have figured atleast 5 to be able to register.

I like this line:
evtUseItem7 = [b]

Because it leads me to believe that instead of implementing a seperate "Recall" feature, riot just threw up a hidden 7th item slot, filled it with a blue pill that doesn't run out, and bound it to "b".
