Sir Haeth, the Proud Noble
-----------------------------------

Role: Support, farmer, melee, tank
-----------------------------------

Stats:
Health: Very High
Mana: Med/Low
Move Speed: 310
Attack Speed: Medium
Attack Damage: Medium/High
Difficulty: Medium

-----------------------------------
Idea: Sir Haeth is, go figure, a knight, with two different forms of fighting. His ultimate allows him to mount a charger, increasing his movement speed, his damage output, and changes his abilities.
-----------------------------------
Appearance: A tall, armored knight carrying a large, battered kite shield and gold hilted broadsword. His armor is suitably decorated for a knight of his standing, though it's pitted and scarred. At odds with his armor, he has a youthful, clean face, and carefully groomed light hair. He wears a thinning red cloak, carefully patched in some places. When he mounts his horse, he sheaths his sword and pulls out a lance strapped to his back.
-----------------------------------
Story: The son of a powerful noble of ["good" city], Haeth started training in commanding men and fighting at a young age. When he was 14, his father was slain by an assassin, and Haeth inherited his father's holdings, including the sword once wielded by his father. Since then, he threw himself into his studies, and molded his body into that of a warrior, instead of a pampered noble. Vowing to find his father's murderer, he joined the League after hearing rumors of several possible assassins in it. Maybe there he can find his revenge?

"Many often call Haeth an arrogant noble. After fighting him, just as many agree it's an entirely deserved arrogance."

-----------------------------------
Passive: Arrogance
Being of noble birth, Sir Haeth views his peers with disgust and contempt, not taking them as a serious threat. 30% damage reduction done from creeps, 10% damage reduction from enemy champions.

Commanding Shout/Flank[Q]: 30 second cooldown
1st: Haeth bellows orders to his allies, strengthening their resolve and reassuring himself.
+2/3/4/5/6% maximum health healed, +5/10/15/20/25 armor to himself, and allies in a small radius for 5 seconds.

2nd: Haeth understands mobility can be key to turning the tides of combat.
+4/5/6/8/12% attack speed increase, and +4/5/6/7/9% movement speed increase to himself and allies within a small radius for 5 seconds.

Shield Wall/Charge[W]: 20 second cooldown
1st: Haeth raises his shield and prepares himself for his opponent's attacks.
Decreases incoming damage for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds, and blocks the next spell.

2nd: Haeth spurs his horse forward, charging an enemy with his lance extended.
Deals 50/80/120/180/230 physical damage to his target, stunning them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Any enemies in his path take 10/25/35/45/60 damage. For 5 seconds afterward, Haeth's armor is reduced by 20.

Birthright/Rear Up[E]: 10 second cooldown
1st: Haeth strikes out with his father's blade with all his might.
Deals 60/100/140/180/200 damage plus his attack damage to a target in melee range, reducing their armor by 10% for 5 seconds.

2nd: Haeth orders his horse to rear onto its hind legs, lashing out at nearby enemies.
Deals 40/80/120/150/180 base damage to all nearby enemies.

Mount/Dismount[R]: 20 second cooldown
1st: Haeth calls his knight's charger to him. (Base move speed becomes 400)
Active: Mount horse. (What do you expect?)

2nd: Haeth climbs off his horse to engage in hand-to-hand combat.
Active: Dismount horse.

Passive: While mounted, move speed is increased to 400/430/450, base armor and maximum health is decreased by 25%. When dismounted, increases health by 200/400/600, and armor by 10/20/30.

Nice idea, though some parts need to be toned down a bit.

Physical Damage: your skills mention that the attacks deal physical damage, but don't specify if they stack with his normal physical attack, or just deal the base damage. I'd suggest decreasing their base damage and making it add to Haeth's attack damage.

Commanding Shout/Flank: Length of buff isn't mentioned. Additionally, 21% MS is way too much. It's like being able to equip two boots (from 300 Move speed, adds like 63). 22% AS is also a bit much, so I'd definitely tone that down.

Shield Wall: I guess it's for minions, but the fact it cancels after being hit with an ability makes it seem a bit meh, since you essentially wasted a skill.

Mount/Dismount: Cooldown seems sorta long, considering it's essentially a toggle ability, imo.

Mount Mode also seems a bit more powerful than Dismounted mode. Remove a few of the CC's on the horse, or make the horse's survivability much lower. (since cavalry tends to be depicted as fast, but fragile)

Thanks for the feedback. Toned some things down, and changed other things around a bit. Is 16% AS and 10% MS better, or should it be reduced a bit more?

I had had a longer cooldown on the ult, since it seemed like it might allow people to mount up, use Flank, charge someone, dismount, use Birthright, then mount again and run away. I also thought Charge should impact him a little, since he's essential recklessly rushing at someone.

I'd probably reduce it more (AS/MS buff), or the length of the buff. The buff is like a mini Sivir ult, only it appears to be global (Sivir's is limited by a long range), and the period of time without the buff (10s) makes it too consistent.

If you want to keep the stats, make it a range-limited spell that hits a single target.

If you want to keep the global part and buff length, decrease the buff to maybe 6% AS and 5% MS.

Either case, make the cooldown like 30s, or decreasing the buff time to 5s.

I all around reduced some of that. And clarified the effect range, since it wasn't meant to be global.
