100/10 for The Green Mile.

I cry like a baby every time I see that movie.

Up as well. The montage of the old man and his wife before he tethers balloons to his house and sets off on their dream. Then the ending. I always shed a few tears for that movie too.

Cloud Atlas too!

The Green Mile didn't hit me until 30 minutes after I saw the movie. Then I realized how ****ing intense it was.

But overall, highest feels in a film was Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.

The scene in Barnyard when Otis stands up to the coyotes.
After Rachel is exploded in the Dark Knight/Two-Face, just Two-Face as a whole.
Dinobot's Death in Beast Wars, not a movie, but I think it counts.
Baby Doll's mental torment in Batman the Animated Series, as well as Mr. Freeze's backstory.
When that one red neck sacrficies himself to destroy the flying saucer in Independence Day.
That one scene in Aliens where Ripley tells the Alien Queen to get away from Newt.
The ending to Super Paper Mario...I think I better stop, I'm digressing.
